She is from the Patkiwungwa (Water) clan. Caroline is a mother of four daughters: Jaime, Jelani, Jaya, and Makenna and grandmother to one grandson. She resides in the Phoenix area and is an Early Childhood Educator and has taught in a family literacy program located on the Salt RIver Pima Maricopa Indian Community for 17 years.
