営業課長、 統括介護部長を経て専務取締役に就任。<br />
平成25年介護罷業経営のコンサルティングファーム株式会社 オールスター・Lab設立。<br />
平成26年にはケアファクトリーリズム八乙女（研究施設）を開設。<br />
一般社団法人みらい福祉研究所代表理事。</p>
