Murder Files Unsealed
The Halloween Disappearance of Cindy Song
The provided episode details the 2001 disappearance of Hyun Jong "Cindy" Song, a Penn State student last seen after a Halloween party in State College, Pennsylvania. Despite an initial search of her apartment revealing her backpack and phone but missing her purse, no concrete evidence surfaced. A potential sighting in Philadelphia proved unreliable, and a later sensational claim by a criminal implicating a suspected serial killer could not be substantiated. Ultimately, Cindy Song's whereabouts remain unknown, with no physical evidence, witnesses, or active suspects in her unsolved vanishing.

Wilson County ceases burn ban
Wilson County Commissioners have allowed the burn ban — which has been in place since last August — to expire. County commissioners heard from Wilson County Emergency Management Coordinator Cindy Stafford during their Feb. 24 meeting that the county’s current Keetch_ Byram Drought Index is 561. This index is used to determine fire potential and measures surface moisture on a scale of 0 to 800, where a score of 800 represents the absolute driest of conditions. Stafford recommended allowing the ban to expire “for at least a couple of weeks,” after which she’ll consult with the Wilson County fire chiefs...Article Link
