在り方つながる領域について7つの考えを話しました。
■今、変化をしたい、今、ゴールがしたい
時間を短縮すること。
皆が納得すること、合意すること。
■担当者のウォンツは、組織のウォンツではない。
バイヤーのウォンツは、組織のウォンツではない。
最終決裁者のウォンツは、組織のウォンツではない。
何が、組織にとって真に必要か。
■お客様のスピードより先に動く
次の次を考えておく
■早くに組織の検討側に立つ
早くに組織の検討のためにある
DMUの中に存在すること
■購買がゴールではない、サービス利用がスタートであり、その未来の実現にも責任を持つ
自分が直接の先導者でなくても、責任を持つということ。
会社の代表者としての責任。
■予算は財布と相談する。財布には未来の財布があるか、過去の財布しかないか。
しっかりと見極める。経済と商取引は、未来の財布を考えるべし。
■お客様との商談は1回ではない。何度でもある。紹介すらしてくれる。
お客様は必ず帰ってくる。
すべてのお客様と契約ができる。あとは時間の問題だけ。

BuyingCenterに属する役割は下記の7つがあります。
1 Initiators（イニシエータ）-何かを購入するよう要求するユーザまたは組織内の他者。
2 ユーザー-製品やサービスを使用する人。多くの場合、ユーザーは購入提案を開始し、製品要件の定義に協力する。
3 インフルエンサー-購買決定に影響を与える人々。多くの場合、仕様の定義を支援し、代替案を評価するための情報を提供する。技術担当者は特に重要なインフルエンサーである。
4 決定者-製品要件やサプライヤーを決定する人。
5 承認者-決定者またはバイヤーの提案する行動を承認する人。
6 バイヤー-サプライヤーを選定し、購入条件を取り決める正式な権限を持つ人々。バイヤーは製品仕様の策定を支援することもあるが、主な役割はベンダーの選定と交渉である。より複雑な購入の場合、バイヤーには上級管理職が含まれることもある。
7 ゲートキーパー：売り手や情報がバイイングセンターのメンバーに届かないようにする力を持つ人々。例えば、購買担当者、受付担当者、電話オペレーターは、営業担当者がユーザーや決定者に接触するのを防ぐことができる。
DMUの面白いところは、意思決定に様々な方が関わると同時に、組織合意性をもって購入することと、個々人の自分の仕事（購買業務以外）に関わる個人的な判断や意思が働くことです。
BuyingCenterの一員であると同時に、会社の組織における役割も持っているわけです。
会社における個人の昇進や報酬なども大きく影響があるのだと理解し、そのような情報を関わる方々に情報提供していくこと、関係性を深くしていくことは法人向けビジネスにおける非常に重要な考えです。
