On December 3, 2024, Life After the Impact aired a powerful interview with Dr. Dakarai Larriett, who was subjected to racial profiling, false arrest, and an attempted drug plant by Michigan State Police Troopers George Kanyuh and Matthew Okaiye. These officers fabricated stories, mocked his African name, and made homophobic remarks. Despite being 100% sober, Dr. Larriett endured humiliating sobriety tests in the cold and was pressured into a blood draw.Even after passing the alcohol test, he was still jailed and the officers continued to push false drug claims and even accused me of swallowing a bag of drugs.
