打狗餅舖是在地高雄品牌，現在有四家店都在高雄，有古早味糕餅、也有現代糕點，中西合併創新又美味。
路邊遊蕩的孩子董事長俗稱他們是『馬路小英雄』，收納他們來學習做餅，從頭學習沒有做餅的經驗，給他們就業機會，不愛讀書的馬路小英雄，也讓董事長傷透腦筋，找了專科學校假日專班，讓他們完成基礎學業，這中間的過程也是很大的磨練，對董事長來說是很大的考驗，但為了圓了兒子的夢，將夢中愛子的託付付諸實現，即使披荊斬棘都要做到。
打狗餅舖是高雄伴手禮比賽第一屆的得獎人，那時候還未有店舖，記者來採訪希望能在店裡採訪，國立高雄第一科技大學，訂了六百盒打狗餅，為了讓人有地方領餅，兒子的遺留郵局裡的存款成了創立餅舖的基金，而現在做觀光工廠在東港是對媽媽的承諾，要回到故鄉東港發揚光大，
傳承在地文化，打狗餅舖我就是高雄的代表，守護、堅守高雄特色，讓慕名而來的客人吃到高雄味，媲美法國馬狗龍 高雄有狗卡龍，俗擱有力，用台灣人愛吃得四大魚旗魚、鮪魚、鮭魚、虱目魚，加在米果裡面製成「高雄郎」。

「打狗餅」賣的不只是餅，它兼具了高雄的歷史文化創意，以及「一位15歲小孩受託孤母對社會遺愛」的民間故事!
姿學董事長在台灣半工半讀在日商公司做日文翻譯，專科畢業後就到日本留學讀企業管理，學習股票、買賣古玩，從這裡就開始有經營的概念，回國後在國立中山大學擔任9年的日文秘書
夢見和逝世的兒子在打狗山做打狗餅，夢中心愛的孩子告訴媽媽將對他的愛化成大愛，給其他單親家庭的孩子，這一切支撐著姿學董事長從傷痛中走出，從而轉心、轉念下定決心延續這份大愛，於是拜了末代打狗做餅師為徒，認真學做糕餅，從零開始成立的打狗餅舖，參加高雄市伴手禮比賽，為此特地跑回日本學習包裝禮盒工藝。

https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1000243017201552022-01-1427 min稀貴妃Ep27.雲寶手繪服飾(上)｜張梨雲老師🥻梨雲老師的一生非常特別，原生家庭是醫生世家，爸爸是藥劑師媽媽是助產士，父母非常有邏輯又理性，人生觀也很豁達，因此對於女兒要早早結婚這件事並未加以阻攔，反之是要她自己想清楚確認好了，在早期的年代相對保守的風氣，父母給了她選擇人生的自由，只堅持她必須要繼續完成學業，因此她高中畢業就嫁做人婦洗手作羹湯還依然持續進修大學的課業，不過先生也一路支持她對她疼愛有加，小倆口過上了好幾年的甜蜜兩人時光，並且陸續誕下了三個孩子，但好景不常一場車禍來得猝不及防，打碎了家庭的美夢，一次外出到夜市的路上，一輛機車從後方攔腰撞上了她，造成身上多處擦傷，小腿骨開放性骨折，在醫院甦醒的她茫然著不知所措，看著自己打石膏無法動彈的腳，淚水止不住的奪眶而出，看到先生與小孩平安無事，心裡的大石頭這才放下來，轉念一想也許這是自己今生需要經歷的劫難，過了這個坎將來便沒什麼了。
因為那場重大車禍改變了老師的觀念與想法，從此對人生有所領悟，心胸也更趨於開放豁達，面對很多事都能平心靜氣地看待，老師愛繪畫也本著对美學的天賦和熱愛，持續加深藝術造詣，並開始創立手繪服飾，在百花齊放的藝術領域老師那獨一無二的風格可看出她的堅持與理念，獨樹一格的作品也代表著她匠心獨具的構思。
老師說：「老來期人生逐夢，萬幸了。」

https://s.yam.com/91HwF2021-12-3136 min稀貴妃Ep25.正觀藝術(下)｜林文娟總監👩🎨台灣藝術家非主流較易被邊緣化，也因為台灣買家比較會投資國外畫家，從中國快速崛起後，因緣際會下文娟總監另闢戰場開始鎖定越南漆畫，一般畫作不好保養，漆畫相對較好保存，用乾淨的濕布輕輕擦拭即可，新加坡最早進入越南收藏畫作，接著是日本的，再來是香港，越南因為經過戰亂，藝術品的收藏碩果僅存，因此市面上充斥很多仿冒品，文娟總監為找尋好畫作，也在越南花了好一番功夫，她專找藝術家小有名氣且畫作穩定，並且藝術品要從畫家的居所搬出來確認是真跡，2008年開始收藏阮長靈老師的畫作，阮長靈老師在2010年越南每五年舉辦的藝術展得到金牌獎名留青史，證明了文娟總監投資眼光獨到且精準。
文娟總監代理畫作先從代理國畫開始，直到接觸到越南漆畫，深深被它的美震懾住，美學藝術令人歎為觀止。
由於對越南漆畫的熱愛，轉而代理漆畫，代理的兩位畫作老師，都是從法國殖民一百年的藝術學校印度支那美術學校畢業，學習西方美術畫作手法，題材的創作元素是取自越南本地素材，保留獨特的越南風格，畫作中獨特的多元性獨樹一格，就讀美術系要是最優等的學生才能選擇漆畫創作，畫作有觸感肌理，由於跟跟一般畫作手法不一樣，需有邏輯概念才能畫作，越南收藏家喜歡買越南的畫作，越南人是非常愛國的民族，非常支持自己國家的藝術產業，畫作有內需也能外銷，台灣的收藏家則喜歡買國際畫作，民族特性非常不同。
工業漆一般用在便宜畫作，觀光客購買當作伴手禮相送，腰果漆從腰果裡提煉，較天然且費時
生漆成本高，畫作耗時長畫在木胎上，一層一層塗上去，風乾後再繼續上色，一個作畫的木板（木胎），工匠需要半年才能製作好，可見其耗時耗力，只為追求好的藝術品呈現，這也是文娟總監喜歡漆畫的原因，漫長畫作過程中需經過千錘百鍊、精雕細琢，如此繁複程序只為了精益求精，是多麼得之不易催生出如此史詩級畫作！

https://s.yam.com/91HwF2021-12-1735 min稀貴妃Ep23.正觀藝術(上)｜林文娟總監👩🎨從小就想創業，成長環境父母忙著小生意，但對於孩子的教育，依然非常上心，提供她學琴從小學四年級學鋼琴到高中，學了十年的時間，她發現自己琴技無法表演，因此轉走教職工作，二專畢業後先當了二年的鋼琴老師，也當過公司會計，是貨真價實的斜槓青年，下班後每天經過一間國畫店總是駐足觀賞同一幅作品，因此被老闆叫進畫廊，月薪不到1萬的她鼓起勇氣問老闆畫多少錢，老闆說了一個價錢2萬8分期付款5個月後買了人生第一幅畫，開啟了藝術這條路，自己也開始學畫國畫，每每看到畫中那老練的筆法讓她為之動容，之後陸陸續續買了第二幅第三幅畫，開了鋼琴店銷售鋼琴給學生，經營了2-3年組織家庭生了孩子實在無法兼顧，於是把鋼琴店頂讓給鋼琴老師，當時還有幾台庫存鋼琴，於是想辦法把鋼琴銷售出去，當作二手鋼琴販售，一邊照顧孩子一邊刊登分類小廣告販售鋼琴，因為沒有店面所以成本也低，銷售量與不錯，也開啟了販售之路，現在談鋼琴讓顧客直接現場聽琴音的音色，藝術產業或許離許多人非常遙遠，但我們生活卻脫離不了藝術。文娟總監因緣機會跨入藝術產業，深耕藝術產業多年。近年來投入研究越南漆畫，獨具慧眼長期培植年輕畫家。

未做完月子就繼續工作，從不覺得辛苦因為店裡有自己的夢、自己的未來、自己的滿腔熱血所在，產品調整、優化內部流程等，不假手於人都是自己親力親為～

用味道記憶的食光，不會遺忘
回憶的眷村味，要從我兒時的記憶說起，眷村，是族群融合的大院子，小時候，門口的大樹下就是大人們一起吃飯喝酒的地方，
大人拿起小小酒杯喝著竹葉青聊著離開家鄉的故事，吃著菜哼著歌謠也想起了遠方的爹娘，常常有隔壁家的爺爺、奶奶煮了好吃的佳餚，
隔著圍牆一吆喝，一堆小朋友就都跑來吃，那種感覺很溫馨。
對於眷村的美食及生活至今依舊難以忘懷，由於眷戶來自中國各省份，每月共餐宛如中華美食大會，
四川菜、江浙菜、湖北菜、上海菜等八大菜系佳餚雲集，大家不僅相互觀摩試吃、同袍重溫往日情懷，邊聊天也聊出好感情。
所以未來我希望可以推動共餐計畫，讓共餐不但成為生活趣事，也成為精神寄託 。
同時我創辦了「貞心真食」粉絲專頁，分享我自己親自煮的料理，希望每一次的分享與連結會喚起我們的記憶，也帶領不.曾在眷村長大的另一群人，遇見眷村菜的美好。

https://fb.me/godream3332021-11-1918 min稀貴妃Ep19·18 coffee(下)咖啡☕️爸媽年紀大了，又回到六龜生活，也為了方便就近照顧雙親隨侍在旁，小時候家裡開男士理髮店，學習體驗過去沒有體驗過的生活型態，一開始到芒果園務農，梅子、咖啡、茶，後來接觸咖啡，之後在十八羅漢山的休息區開咖啡廳，第一次開店自己種豆、炒豆，並學習深度的相關知識。
貨櫃屋咖啡經營兩年，到六龜市區經營一年，經營不容易於是將咖啡結合歌唱，但因隔音設備不夠，遂結束營業，閒賦一段時間思考人生，後又接到羅漢山休息區咖啡的邀約，一波三折下又回到了當初的地點，遇到難題的當下心情會沮喪，但總是會找到出路，當務之急是找尋出口，而不是沈溺在負面的旋窩裡，越挫越勇磨練了自己的意志，也更能平靜的看待難題，高山咖啡11月開始採集到隔年3 4月，一個牙點能採集好幾次，不是一次採集，有不同的熟成點，紅透的果實才可採集，綠色的則會苦澀，豆子烘培淺、中、深決定了第一口喝的味道，尾韻就是它迷人的地方。
進駐到十八羅漢山開咖啡店的機緣，源自於好奇，機緣巧合下進駐了，行動派東西準備了兩三天即開始營業，有山有樹有水，是個非常好的地點，咖啡每個人都在賣，如何創造驚奇，於是將咖啡與洛神結合『豔紅咖啡』，六龜有茶，茶有金牌等級的茶，野生茶（原生種），寶山的條件合適中櫻花，因此也有很多櫻花樹，大六龜有
平補族、布農族和從桃園、新竹遷移到六龜的北客家人。

起初與朋友一起學習務農，不同品種有不同蟲害，不同栽種方式，一開始先從 金煌芒果開始栽種，六龜前人…老先生培育出的品種，六龜靠伐木興盛，在日劇時代有（採樟的腦管），曾經是經濟重鎮，有經濟產物是要塞庫專門生產治療瘧疾的奎寧，開挖六個隧道運送貨物，因此她每次看到隧道有離愁也有喜樂，代表相聚也代表分離，五號隧道是最長的隧道，六龜的名是平補族的諧音。
國中畢業離開家鄉到台南讀書，回到六龜隔一年遇到八八風災的時候，加入志工團隊一起協助災後重建，六龜觀光課長盡心盡力的處理災後事宜，參與了災後指揮事宜，協調五六百位志工的工作事宜，每天早出晚歸，想著要如何安排有條理的分配，也逼出自己的極限，編織小組長將工作分配下去，一步步將災難的重建工作，統籌分配好，妥善的安排適量的事務給予志工們，心裡也對志工們的付出充滿感激，同時也感受了人的渺小。

淑真遺傳了媽媽的熱情與好手藝，喜歡做好吃的與左鄰右社分享，幼教老師做了十五年，後來結了婚有小孩，不捨小孩跟著自己早出晚歸，於是開始思考，人的的取捨與方向，因此開始謀生創業念頭，從宜蘭朋友女兒開始做起滷味開頭，小孩幫忙架設粉絲專頁，手作滷味家的味道，給遠在宜蘭讀護專的朋友女兒，一份溫暖的媽媽味，好吃到團購買她的滷味，吃了會被俘滷的捕滷室。
古早味滷味，所有食材都是分開滷的，素食者也能吃，原型食材沒有任何添加物，無防腐劑，是自己也會吃的好滷味😊

愛連結主要項目黃金泡菜，美娜對產品產出的品質要求很高，要有好品質的菜她才會製作，一定要是來自韓國的大白菜然後菜況要好，主要配菜是紅蘿蔔、蒜頭、辣椒，使用韓國大白菜只要是因為含水量高又脆口，美娜也是課後照顧老師，經由教會接觸教職，到師大進修後照顧相關課程，也喜歡與小孩相處的時光。
從事教職多年，對孩子的付出是給予但自己也收穫了許多，看到孩子們互相鼓勵跟幫忙，心中滿滿的感動，孩子的單純總能帶給大人一些反思！

美娜在海軍服務超過二十二年，對自己的要求與時間的配置，在升學與工作能兼顧的考量下選擇從軍，在海軍官校士官二專班畢業後，後到艦艇上的生活令她非常難忘，剛開始身體不適應海上搖晃的感覺，常常感到不舒服，甚至吐到膽汁都吐出來，但隨著時間推移慢慢的身體逐漸適應，離家的瞬間讓一個溫室被呵護的小女孩瞬間長大，海上的生活那份恬靜與遼闊的海平線，和滿天星斗數不清的繁星點點，海豚在蔚藍海岸跳躍，現實面狂風暴雨下的值更，無論風雨再大浪在狂，也必須堅守崗位，這些種種也磨練了小女孩的心智令她毅力不搖，使她成長茁壯更堅強、更勇敢、更成熟。
後續擔任士官督導長的助理，也豐富了行政處理協調上的技能，勤務、公文遞呈、會議流程、會場佈置管理、士兵出勤管理，調度協調行政庶務，因此這些歷練烙印在美娜身上，更豐富了她的生活，是非常難忘的經驗，也很感謝當初長官的提拔與支持！

采茶健康好食賣的產品，有家鄉溫度的茶葉，有對健康堅持的香菇，有純 粹簡單味道的自然農法農產品，也有願意用時間來發酵水果的有機酵素，從 果園到餐桌，從過去到現在，我們秉持大地所恩賜食物的初衷，奉上我們所 認為最健康的產品，希望用記憶尋來兒時單純的味道。
孩子是我最大的動力，我有非常嚴重的過敏體質， 由於出身南投的好山好水（好無聊XDD），所以小時候沒啥感覺，一 直到離開南投的生活環境，我才知道原來空污會造成我的鼻子過敏，魚蝦會讓我皮膚炎,，結婚後兩個小孩遺傳到我的體質,，動不動就感冒生病，連帶著工作品質也開始受到影響，有種蠟燭兩頭燒的無力感…..
就在換了幾個工作後，我開始認真思考『我是否能慎勝任職業婦女的角色？』，後來我決定離開職場回歸家庭，回歸家庭後發現自己並不想當個伸手族， 因為當初為了幫小孩找到過敏原，自己上了不少養身跟營養學課程，加上自己對有機農產品的喜愛，我開始研究有機酵素，於是我就帶著自家的茶葉跟農產品與南投的有機酵素開始自己的創業之路，在參加高雄女力經濟方案,認識楊老師的團隊，老師無私的傾囊相受，姐妹們喜樂分享，充滿正向的互動，讓我收穫滿滿。
這世界上沒有過不了的關卡，永遠知道你目前最重要的是什麼，遇到需要取捨時別太多猶豫，該捨則捨,因為你永遠不知道下一個機會何時才會出現,，在最快的時間把自己調到最好的狀態，接住每個機會，機會是留給準備好的人。

我是位傳統的女性，但我積極、好學，在生命過程中扮演者每個到位的角色外，我不斷學習，透過每個學習擴展自我視野與能力。
小時後由於一些因素無法繼續求學，但這顆希望的種子我始終沒有放棄，40歲以後我開始追逐夢想，經歷10年的努力，完成高職至大學的學歷，
經歷各項檢定考試的磨練，除學歷外更積極於手藝的精益求精，10年考了7張證照，創造機會珍惜機會，
麗錱就像沙漠玫瑰一樣，沒有資源沒有環境，卻依然能綻放出美麗的花朵，展現出堅韌的生命力。
曾於~金門小販工會從事地方小吃教學 ，教會媽媽成長班烹飪點心教，婦幼青少年活動中心、高雄市台灣關懷協會暑期夏令營、
中崙老人據點、岡山匠愛家 園點心教學，正義國小生命教育老師，累計更多的生命經驗。
在校園裡看到生命的不同面向，孩子的成長與學習，需多元引導讓生命找到出口，用愛與關心是彼此互動最好的橋樑。

俗語說:「施比受更有福。」付出的人總會比接受的人還要快樂，也會學習到更多，不只是因為能夠得到別人真心誠意的感謝，更是因為自己辛苦後得到的收穫及成就感遠比其它事多出許多。志工是一種只付出而不求回報的工作，在別人有需要或者何處缺少人力時給予支援與幫助，犧牲自己的時間，這種雪中送炭的精神真的很偉大，也很讓人敬佩。
思惠說當志工，也許只是個微不足道的人物，但她做的很開心、很滿足，她的的服務對象就是小朋友，或許在別人的眼中看來，這只是每個禮拜去說說故事而已，沒什麼大不了的；但對她來說，這是去帶給小朋友們歡笑，也讓他們知道其實還是有人在關心他們的，意義不是言語就能形容出來，而且每次去都會帶回不一樣的收穫及滿滿難忘的回憶，也是因為這樣所以她才會選擇不間斷的持續服務，讓更多人因為得她的愛而歡笑。
