Breathe 911Midstate Mile RecapIn this episode Kristy and I recap the Midstate Mile Race I ran on Fathers Day weekend. I went there to win and came up with a 4th place finish. I ran 112 miles, 35 hours and 40 minutes, climbed 32,000 feet which in case you're wondering Everest is 29029 feet. We talk about the highs, and lows, the strategy, coaching, crewing and all the love we have for all the people in our lives and the people we met.
