Can You Teach Someone To Speak In Tongues?
Many Christians are convinced that speaking in tongues has enhanced their spiritual lives. Is what we hearing today the Biblical gift of tongues? Did tongues ceased to operate after the death of the original 12 apostles? That is an ongoing debate among evangelicals today. Is speaking in tongues evidence that one is filled with the Holy Spirit? Can you speak in tongues to war with the devil and demons in the spirit realm? It is important that we distinguish what God declared as customary to the nation Israel, and what has universal application - in other words what applies to us today. Who Is it that overcomes the world?
The Bible describes those who are over comers and victorious in this fallen world. In a world that is full of sin in every imaginable way, we need the assurance from the Word of God that despite everything that is going on, what we do is being recorded and monitored by the God who has saved us and equipped to perform good deeds that will glorify His name.

Angry with God
Do we have a right to be mad at God because things do not go the way we want them to go? Is our misfortune God's fault? Is God "obligated" to do for us what we want? What if God decides not to answer our prayer? Is that a deal breaker or do we just endure the trial(s) set before us? Hopefully, this episode will help in answering some of those questions.

The Sinner’s Prayer?
This is what most Pastors have unsaved people recite; a prayer admitting they are a sinner. Also for them to trust in the atonement of Jesus Christ to receive salvation. Is this all it takes to be saved, merely reciting some words? What if the person has no idea why they are saying certain words? Is a sinner's prayer even Biblical or just a tradition that we never question but simply trust in? Hopefully this episode will provide some insight.

Is truth absolute or relative?
We live in relativistic world. Truth is in the eye of the beholder. Many say there is no absolute truth. People determine what is truth to them. In other words, people do not want you to impose your truth on them. What about the Bible? Is it exclusive or inclusive truth? The answer to that question determines how we MUST respond to God's word. Corresponding blog article: http://gospelofrepentance.blogspot.com/2019/01/what-if-bible-is-not-true.html

Jesus commanded all to come to Him. He also told us that we cannot come to Him. Did He contradict Himself?
Jesus in Matthew 11:28-30 gives a command for all to come to Him so that He may provide them rest. He also declares in John 6:44 that no one can come to Him unless that Father who sent Me draws us.
