First up is Dennis Urban CDT from Dental Services Group who is also the Chairperson on the National Board of Certification (NBC). Dennis talks about getting his CDT, finding the motivation to get on the board to promote it, and what the NBC is doing to make sure technicians still have the opportunity to get certified during these difficult times.
