Das Objekt "transition (Der Wunsch die Wirklichkeit zu überwinden)" (2007) veranschaulicht die wechselnden Machtverhältnisse in Deutschland während der letzten hundert Jahre anhand der Geschichte eines Kunstwerks. Aus dem Material einer eingeschmolzenen Skulptur Ernst Barlachs entsteht über viele Zwischenschritte ein bronzener Hirsch, der bis heute in Berlin, im Tierpark Ost zu sehen ist.
