上週新聞快報報導納坦雅胡總理於11月22日首度出訪沙烏地阿拉伯僅數小時，雖然事後沙烏地阿拉伯外交大臣阿沙烏德親王（Faisal bin Farhan Al-Saud）予以否認，然而以色列教育部長確實曾經向媒體表示此次秘密出訪的真實性。至今，以色列與沙烏地阿拉伯共需面對伊朗的威脅，此次以色列總理與以色列情報局局長一起出訪，應該是尋求以雙方手中握有的情資來突破未來的外交。沙烏地阿拉伯內部是否達成與以色列合作的共識呢？對於現今35歲的本·沙爾曼（Bin Salman）王儲和他的父親國王確實在和以色列建立正式關係方面存在著分歧，他的作風激進，外交上採取開明策略，自2017年開始就任太子直到國王任內，也一直兼任著國防大臣，他廣泛地實行內政改革，並試圖整頓沙國過於依賴石油的產業體系，是年輕人民愛戴擁護的國王。

2. 伊朗呼籲美國拜登政府

美國川普政府執政期間，和伊朗之間的緊張局勢升級，使雙方在今年初處於戰爭的邊緣。自從川普政府在2018年單方面退出核協議，川普認為伊朗是表面一套，暗地裡又進行另外一套，在聯合全面行動計畫中就六國（美國、中國、法國、俄羅斯、英國、德國）商討核協議有限度的開發鈾濃縮，來取消經濟制裁。因著美國退出此協議，伊朗開始被進行了一系列經濟制裁，使國內貨幣貶值。11月25日週三伊朗魯哈尼總統（Hassan Rouhani）向媒體表示，他希望並呼籲美國當選總統喬．拜登（Joe Biden）重新加入德黑蘭與世界大國的核協議。
根據聯合國檢查員的最新報告，伊朗的濃縮鈾庫存原本不足300公斤，但現在超過2,440公斤。目前的庫存量，足以製造至少兩枚核彈；如此數據證明了美國川普政府當初在2017年堅決退出核協議，就是明白伊朗表面與暗地裡是截然不同作法。然而站在伊朗的立場上，魯哈尼總統表示，我們願意遵守核協議，不發展核武，就是為了和平的目的。你相信嗎？以色列是絕對不相信的！
