Примерно раз в год компания Toptal из Кремниевой Долины выдает награду 5 женщинам, которых они считают следующим поколением мировых лидеров.
Они разделяют страны на 5 частей света - Америка, Европа, Африка, Азия и Океания и в каждой части выбирают по одному победителю. Это означает, что с точки зрения населения сложнее всего победить в Азии, так как население Азии более 4 миллиардов людей, а население других частей света около 1 миллиарда и меньше.
При всей этой конкуренции с такими странами, как Индия, Китай и Пакистан, Айнура Сагын из Кыргызстана смогла всё-таки занять первое место в Азии в этом глобальном конкурсе.
С этим ей во многом помог проект, который они начали и продолжают с Алтынай Нуркамиловой. Это проект подготовки девочек 10-18 лет к глобальному соревнованию Technovation.
Technovation - это соревнование, где девочки организуют команды, придумывают технологический проект, воплощают этот проект в жизнь с помощью программирования и презентуют судьям.
В этой беседе Айнура и Алтынай расскажут о том, как этот проект помогает девочкам получить жизненно важные навыки, попробовать себя в разных профессиях, связанных с созданием технологических продуктов и получить шанс выступить на глобальном уровне.
Если вы знаете девочек 10-18 лет в любой части Кыргызстана, то очень советую передать им о том, что Айнура и Алтынай уже начали путешествие по стране с этим проектом и будут продолжать этот Караван примерно до конца апреля 2019 года.
