Es gibt aber auch noch ganz andere, systembedingte Probleme – für die es aber auch Lösungen gäbe, die zwar zwei aufregende Jahre bedeuten könnten – dann allerdings wäre beispielsweise das Zeitschriftenproblem auch gelöst.
