西街盡頭EP.78. 詐騙集團恐嚇我七天內搬走 ｜我媽被員警和詐騙集團帶走第三集詐騙集團太誇張，先找藉口誣告我，把我母親從家中帶走。現在直接偽造文書恐嚇我搬走，接著下來是說詐騙集團要光明正大的搬進來佔領我的家嗎？
不忍了直接提告。接獲律師函恐嚇要我七日內搬出住家。通篇語焉不詳，沒有證明施紫光親筆寫委託書，我母親七十七歲，不會用電腦，只會用手機。沒有「專科醫生證明」母親施紫光「沒有失智症」與「沒有妄想症」。
2月27日廈門街派出所員警宣稱母親施紫光意識自由搬出住家與李曉光共同生活並收走身分證、健保卡、錢包、家裡鑰匙。
2月21日劉可梅以店裡需要錢為名義跟母親施紫光要錢。劉可梅在三總急診室動手抓傷暴力傷害我。
李曉光與劉可梅涉及恐嚇、捏造不實指控與偽造文書，嚴重危害我的精神與工作，已經報案提出告訴。
我於113年3月16日至廈門街派出所報案，報案受理人員為王巧蘭，審核人員為蕭益訓。我正式向李曉光與同夥劉可梅提告詐欺恐嚇與偽造文書罪。
詐欺案審理中，請各大金融機構提防任何人帶我母親施紫光提款轉帳。

TENT恐怖組織與愛國自衛組織別班VIVANT互相角力。雙方各派出人員對峙。集駭客攻擊、間諜活動、恐怖組織犯罪與諜報劇情於一身，劇中虛構了一個位居中亞的帕魯加共和國，臨近蒙古。
Balka帕魯加共和國是劇裡虛構的國家，位於中亞，背景設定是一個多元文化與宗教國家，民眾宗教信仰包括穆斯林、基督教、佛教、臨近蘇聯（今俄羅斯）、中國、蒙古與哈薩克，劇中堺雅人與阿部寬都會說蒙古話。

格雷的五十道陰影三部曲，第三部作品還未完成。但是追蹤作者詹姆斯的推特發現作者已婚有三個孩子，但並不是保守順從的女性。她常轉發反前英國首相Boris Johnson和保守黨的政策的推文，如退出歐盟。換句話說，即便出版了暢銷情色羅曼史小說可堪稱情色女王級作者，她卻是個思緒清晰不被操控的女性，這完全出乎我意外，很久之前就買了格雷的五十道陰影電子書，實在看不下去，當時覺得這種老掉牙的性幻想羅曼史小說怎麼會這麼受歡迎，但查看了作者的推特後，發現她是個成功的傳統家庭主婦用個很通俗的方式寫出性幻想與愉悅的故事，文學性不強，但絕對容易暢銷。

我認為「腳本」「旁白」、「主持」、「口語註解」都是專業智慧財產權，主持人有肖像權，公開演出權。腳本與編劇也需要專門撰寫。口語註解與翻譯或是引述也是專業人士。
把整部影片的畫面與資料消化後整理成口語化旁白是很辛苦的工作，算是應該要付稿費跟編劇與腳本給專業人士做的工作。老高有沒有找人寫腳本，還是自己寫，我們都不知道。
我們所看到的清晰邏輯與說故事的起承轉合，當然不可能只是機智反應就能口條這麼清楚的說出來。也更不可能有適度的插話與互動都很剛好的在老高說故事時小茉就很洽當的打斷，這些串場都是編劇寫的，之後影片還有後製剪接。
抄襲旁白腳本絕對等同完全整碗端走。不過問題是在Youtube上的影片有無侵權要原始內容創作者去檢舉，如果那個日本網站是農場內容（也是亂掰或是假新聞 )那完全沒得告。
至於Youtube的侵權標準則是放在Fair Use這個部分。我沒有看到那個美國頻道用朗讀旁白把別家製作的紀錄片全轉換成自己的，真的這種案例只有中文社群特別多。（註：我說的中文社群包括中港台 )
那個日本網站是農場網站，所以說就算是全搬運也很難告，藍泉媽媽可能跟老高這個團隊之前有業務往來，所以才可以這麼針對性的頻頻攻擊，他們最後發現很多地方網友都不在乎，包括偽科學的影片，所以就使出最後一招，說老高是抄襲。
藍泉媽媽可以把日本成千上萬的網站中挑出來這個昆蟲的影片，他們可能跟老高一樣是用同種人工智慧軟體方式找到影片。
老高的職業也是個謎，最早說自己寫軟體好像是金融軟體賣比特幣，可是最近說區塊鏈與Web3又不像幣圈的熟手。
我是滿懷疑老高是駭客或是幫某個機構收集Youtube數據做分析。老高的周邊商品是間台灣公司做行銷的，他的影片腳本可能也是外包的，會寫Youtube腳本的可能都是同樣一些人，一定有重疊。Youtube對抄襲的標準是Fair Use，可以用相同數據做同樣評論，可是題材與腳本和對話都完全搬運就算抄襲了。那個日本網站跟老高的數據說算偽新聞，真正的精準數據要有出處、樣本，也不可能有什麼剛好八百一千的整數。

本集分享我從未公開過在紐約被老闆性騷擾打贏官司的案件。在美國紐約在職場上被性騷擾可以如何投訴。台灣留學生被無差別攻擊要怎麼做。 我在紐約打贏性騷擾官司，過程歷時三年，公開過去的不堪記憶非常難受，但決定挺身而出支持其他也曾經受過不公平對待的受害者，同時也分享如何保護自己免於受傷害。性騷擾與性侵害都是很難找證據的案件，我很幸運的打贏官司，很多受害者不一定能找回正義與公平，站出來發聲讓社會聽到就有機會，讓這些掠食者與加害者害怕收斂。改變世界，我們一起努力！

No WMG Mus2023-08-0119 min西街盡頭EP.30. 我看奧本海默：愛情與物理是多人運動, Oppie是救世主還是膾子手?電影理論詞彙中有個專有名詞叫做Motif，意思是象徵符號點出主題隱喻。通常某個畫面與象徵出現，就知道導演想強化這個故事裡重要的訊息。Motif會以反覆洗腦的畫面重複某個元素。
大學時期念電影時，我感覺我就被Motif給洗腦，每個教授都要放一遍大國民，這部電影充滿符號尤其是玫瑰花苞，雖然至少看了六遍，但永遠不記得電影劇情，最後我卻被洗腦，玫瑰變成我常用的素材。
諾蘭的奧本海默用了幾個重複的超寫實主題Motif洗腦觀眾。
物理是物質、能量、動力與牽引，在電影裡諾蘭用了這幾個不停重複的隱喻在奧本海默的心靈意境中呈現他的物理世界。

2019年5月22日，神秘的街頭藝術家Banksy在義大利威尼斯街頭靜悄悄的擺著攤子，他的作品陳列在街上的一個小攤位，他氣憤地的拍下一段影片放在Instagram上批評說：全球最大的藝術盛會威尼斯雙年展從來不邀請我出席。2023-07-2306 min西街盡頭EP.21. 從Fifty Fifty的糾紛開始聊起蘇打綠、五月天的音樂著作權轉渡與常見的唱片版權糾紛以Cupid快速崛起的Fifty Fifty，最近才發了Barbie Dreams收入華納年度大片芭比電影原聲帶，但最近Fifty Fifty卻因為合約、商標權與集體跳槽跟原製作Attrakt公司鬧翻。
Barbie Dreams不算完全是Fifty Fifty的曲目，這首曲子是跟女饒歌手Kaliii合作的作品，Kaliii與Fifty Fifty合作這首曲子不會因為糾紛而下架。每首音樂的版稅歸屬都很複雜，權利方眾多，這是唱片圈至今難解的問題。
