We started with Guadlupe from Garrison Brothers Distillery. This bourbon was aged four years in toasted and charred white American oak barrels and an additional two years in port casks imported from Portugal. This was a sweeter bourbon that is 107 proof and 53.5% abv. Then we switched to the classic cocktail, Old Fashioned.
