It offers a powerful sound, particularly rich in high harmonics, corresponding to the needs of the time and the advent of rock and pop music. "For the past 30 or 40 years, serial number charts that have been published tend to list the Mark VII as starting at 231,000 serial number. This is incorrect but there's a rational explanation as to why it happened..."
