区块链与比特币-币须知道compound 如何理财下篇（COMP代币、预言机攻击、获利理财）COMP代币COMP 有什么用？COMP 是一个治理代币，拥有 Compound 协议治理的投票权，但目前尚未公开是否有分红或者回购销毁的机制。功能上有点类似于 Maker 的治理代币 MKR，不过 MKR 从未以任何的「挖矿」形式分发。这些治理代币的设计，可能是为了避开美国证监会（SEC）的监管。有一个值得注意的信号是，美国合规交易所 Coinbase 已经上线了 MKR。如何分配？Compound 表示其中的 50.05% 是被预留给协议用户的，但公开了释出 42.3% 的分发方式，还有 7.75% 的 COMP 将如何分配，官方尚未给出任何的信息。23.96% 已被分发给 Compound Labs 的股东22.26% 将分 4 年分配给创始人和团队成员3.73% 将分配给未来的团队成员50.05% 被预留给协议的用户（其中已明确分配方式的有 42.3%）目前来看，DeFi 项目发行治理代币越来越成为一种趋势。何时开始？何时结束？COMP 的分发将于北京时间 6 月 16 日的凌晨 2 点 20 分左右开始。所以在此时间之前进行相应的借贷，就可以从分发的一开始获得 COMP。按照总量 423 万个 COMP、以每个区块 0.5 COMP 分发的速度计算，整个分发过程将耗时约 4 年的时间。这可能带来的问题是，Compound 在这 4 年内也许只能新增业务，而很难调整这一块业务的商业模式。而且如果这一整套的「借贷即挖矿」存在任何经济层面的漏洞，将影响整个项目的业务和商业模式。Defi带头大哥上线交易仅一天，Compound市值已经“超车”DeFi的前任冠军Maker。6月19日，COMP首次上线交易，其价格在Uniswap上从0.08 ETH暴涨至0.41 ETH。截至6月21日12时，COMP价格已经飙升至1.24 ETH。根据DeFiMarketCap的数据，COMP目前是目前市值最高的DeFi代币，总市值约为6.51亿美元，远远超过MakerDAO。此外，COMP的加入还使DeFi代币的总市值首次突破了32亿美元。而在6月9日，该数值才刚刚达到20亿美元。这意味着，DeFi代币总市值在不到10天时间内增长了10亿美元。预言机操控攻击北京时间2020年 11月26日下午，由于Coinbase Pro平台上的稳定币DAI价格一度被拉升至1.3美元，这导致使用该平台预言机喂价信息的DeFi协议Compound出现了大规模清算，据数据服务商Debank的数据显示，这次Compound协议清算的抵押品价值接近了9000万美元。那为何稳定币DAI的价格上涨，会导致这些DeFi协议清算呢？首先，Compound允许用户抵押资产来借用其他资产，其中包括了DAI，在所有情况下，借款的金额应始终低于提供的抵押品金额，换句话说，所有贷款都应该是超额抵押的。而今天所发生的清算，是因为Coinbase Pro平台上的DAI价格上涨，而恰巧Compound使用了Coinbase Pro的价格信息作为预言机喂价，从而导致抵押品不足，于是就遭到了清算。比方说，一名Compound用户最初在DAI = 1美元时借了1000 DAI （即总计1000美元），但在贷款期间，DAI的价格上涨到了1.3美元，因此这名用户的借款金额就增加到了1300美元。此时如果用户的抵押品价值少于1300美元，那么Compound就判定这笔贷款是欠抵押的，并允许任何其他用户对其进行清算。那问题来了，为何Coinbase Pro平台上的DAI价格会在短时间内暴涨，随后又很快回落呢？这是因为，Coinbase Pro采用的是订单簿模式，当流动性不足时就很容易对价格进行操纵，相比之下，稳定币兑换平台curve上的DAI价格，则更难以被操纵。而攻击者事先计算好了操纵Coinbase Pro平台DAI价格所需的金额，以及通过清算Compound巨鲸能够获得的利润，并在短时间内完成了这次攻击。超级大户被清算4600万美元据悉，在这次预言机价格操纵事件中，此前排行第三的COMP代币收益挖矿超级大户被清算了4600万美元的抵押品。值得注意的是，这样大规模的资产清算属首次发生，据LoanScan的数据显示，Compound此前单日清算的资产最高为630万美元。清算发生了，这意味着什么？首先需要明确的是，清算程序其实是借贷协议的固定组成部分，其设计是为了确保资金的提取和借出总是有超额的兑现能力，同时保护借款人免受违约风险。在 Compound 的清算机制中，会有一种特殊的身份叫作清算人，任何人都可以成为清算人。只要清算人发现某笔借贷的抵押率过低，即可触发清算程序，这时候清算人能够以一定的折扣价格拿走借款人的抵押资产，其支付的资金也等于为借款人偿还了贷款，避免平台出现坏账，维持了偿付能力。PeckShield 结合本次事件举了个例子来加以说明，比如某用户拿价值 100 万美元的房子在 Compound 内贷出了 75 万美元的 DAI，这时候 DAI 的价格意外出现了上涨，用户需要存入更多的抵押品才能保证 75% 的抵押率，如若不然，即可触发清算程序。清算执行后，用户所抵押的房子便不再归其所有了，清算人可以从别的地方拿出一笔正常价格的 Dai 来帮助贷款人还钱，然后把房子拿走。Hongbo 解释称，在本次事件中，攻击者可以通过扮演清算人的角色，拿到 Compound 系统提供的 5% 抵押资产价格折扣作为激励。如何获利Co2021-02-2812 min
