Kern der Besprechung ist die Entscheidung des EuGH, dass sich auch nach Einführung der DSGVO Verbraucherverbände auf die Befugnisnormen nach §§ 8 Abs. 3 UWG, 3 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 1 UKlaG stützen können, um Datenschutzverstöße zu verfolgen. Dabei können sie auch auf eigene Initiative hin tätig werden und bedürfen keines unmittelbaren Auftrags.

一，成立於2019年1月的國際信任機器公司（ITM），是利用獨特的區塊鏈擴容技術，並強調要創造實際落地應用的公司。雖然才成立一年多，但獨特的技術已獲多項肯定，並且取得國內外許多創業比賽的獎項，並獲得高通、聯發科、微軟等大公司的肯定，其中聯發科還成為該公司Pre-A輪的投資人。
二，國際信任機器公司（ITM）的取名，很類似IBM，其中IBM的B是商業business的意思，至於ITM的T則代表信任(Trust)的意思，目的就是希望公司可以透過區塊鏈無法竄改的特性，讓各行各業都可以因此建立互信關係。ITM的執行長陳洲任與首席科學家黃冠寰是建中同學，先前曾在香港泰德陽光集團任職，當時就帶領一個百人規模的區塊鏈團隊，之後再決定出來創業。
