雪球·财经有深度2803.重新审视海控弱周期化的判断欢迎收听雪球出品的财经有深度，雪球，国内领先的集投资交流交易一体的综合财富管理平台，聪明的投资者都在这里。今天分享的内容叫使我衣袖三年香：重新审视海控弱周期化的判断，来自苗乡侗寨多姿多彩。回看了一下记录，全仓海控后自2021年8月份以来已连续43个月持有海控不变，距21年第一次买入海控马上整整4年了。当时决定买入并重仓继而全仓海控，是基于对海控弱周期化的判断和极低的估值。当时的我从七个方面进行论述判断，今天来看看这几个方向是否正确吧：1、造船。这几年船公司一直在造船，市场也一直在炒作运力过剩，一旦集运行业进入淡季运价下跌，唱空海控的更是把“这个季度不亏下个季度亏损，今年不亏明年亏损”的预期打满，叫得满天响。回看对造船的判断，当时确实有点乐观了，认为刚刚经历了上一轮低迷期的船公司会吸取教训，造船会有所克制，肯定不会搞造船军备竞赛。忽视了集运是全球自由竞争市场，各个船公司的经营战略不同，有的船公司就是想做老大。不过，相比上一轮行业景气高度，这一轮船公司造船总体仍然算是保持了克制，而且这几年的运价让老船跑也有利可图，船公司没有动力拆船，老水手们等待了几年的拆船潮一直没有发生。关于运力过剩，还是回顾当年马士基总裁的讲话吧：当前运力是过剩的，不过重要的是我们怎么配置运力！2、港口拥堵。这一块的判断基本上错了。这几年虽然也时不时听到港口拥堵的消息，但再不能如疫情期间堵港刺激运价的上涨！也就是说当年疫情造成的需求不平衡是极端的，日常情况下的堵港造成的影响很难达到刺激运价大涨的效果。3、疫情疫情过去了，运价也回落了，运价也确实曾回落到了疫情前的价格，比如23年下半年CCFI运价指数回落到了811点，这几年运价也确实没有再涨回到疫情期间的最高价，疫情后CCFI运价指数最高涨到24年下半年的2180点，离22年2月的最高点3587点还有一大段距离，需要再涨1407点。但疫情对船公司的影响再也不容忽视、再也抹不去了。我这几年一直在说，疫情期间运价的上涨打破了船公司心理和想象力的天花板，更坚定了船公司投资供应链上下游、推进“端到端”的战略导向，进而提升在行业的话语权、议价权。所以我们看到，前两年挣到了泼天富贵的船公司早已不再是当年卑微地只配亏本运货的船小二了，涨价已由几年前只敢几十元几十元地涨，到现在敢几百元、上千元地涨。4、长协关于长协的博弈，一直在船公司、货代、贷主之间进行，大家各自寻求对自己最有利的条件。这几年的运价波动，也让各方重新认识长协的作用和意义，各自也意识到要寻求一个平衡。2025-03-1407 min
