Happy all round.No surprise with exams coming up that we tasted a sparkling wine - this was a sparkling Vouvray (Vouvray Mousseux) from Dan's - Pure Loire Sparkling Vouvray Brut by Maison Bougrier. Number 2 was a BK Wines 2021 The Fall Single Vineyard Chardonnay from Carey Gully in the Adelaide Hills. Jacob suggested that Darren keep if for a day for it develop. It is all gone. Not a day has passed. It was very very good as it was.

Blatently false advertising.Also Darren threw out two of the bottles before we got the full details off them - oops and sorry.Finally, why we are talking stuff-ups, Darren tried to put the deleted episodes back up (and re-deleted two of them) - turns out that is quite hard and the episodes that might survive would be out of order ... and we might just be better to move on ... Georgia is considered the likely original winemaking. Of course we did not discuss this at all in the podcast.
