作伙來J瑜家【上課沒聊的天】 Ep.3 地板瑜珈老師的偏見！空中瑜珈什麼邪魔歪道 ft. Vincent奕峰/拙真瑜伽之前因為朋友推薦所以接觸了Antigravity的空瑜課，這個系統的空瑜比較像是把吊床當輔具的哈達瑜珈，對於在地板瑜珈打滾了20年的J編來說，不會覺得很衝突或不好適應。
這兩年透過練習及教學，親身感受也看到吊床對於學員上肢、上背及核心等的幫助，學員也回饋上完課回去抱小孩好像變比較輕鬆。
很開心Vincent老師又開始開培訓課了，每梯次名額只有9位，精緻小班教學。
發文前我已經先去報名報好了，雖然之前也已經訓過這個內容(不同講師)，但這幾個月實際體驗過Vincent老師的大眾課，所以很期待可以從老師身上得到更多的啟發跟靈感。
