Rich has an enormous amount of respect for the distance and is very grateful for the experience that Chuck Kemeny and Jen McVeay put on in Florida. This race is the same race that was discussed in episode number 2 with Jamie Harris. Ultraman consists of a 6.2 mile swim, 263 mile bike ride, and a 52.4 mile run. These distances are broken down over three days with 12 hour cut offs each day.
