Kaylie Rodriguez is a clinical Psychologist and Clinical Hypnotherapist. She was also trained in Basic ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) in 2020. She uses this form of therapy to complement the therapeutic process for such areas as trauma, phobias, OCD, depression, anxiety, addiction, and generally for people who feel stuck. We will be discussing with Kaylie Rodriguez how to manage what we see, hear and learn from social media and online and how it affects our overall mental and physical state of well being.
