บริษัทจัดหางานไต้หวันระบุว่า “ปัจจุบัน นายจ้างไต้หวันต้องรับภาระค่าใช้จ่ายประมาณ 3-4 หมื่น แต่หากต้องรับภาระในส่วนของผู้อนุบาลต่างชาติด้วย นายจ้างก็ต้องมีภาระเพิ่มเป็นประมาณ 1 แสนเหรียญไต้หวัน
คุณหยวีเสี่ยวชิว ผอ. กอง กรมพัฒนากำลังแรงงาน ไต้หวัน ยอมรับว่า “เป็นการเพิ่มภาระให้นายจ้าง เราจะต้องไปเจรจากับฝ่ายอินโดนีเซียบนผลประโยชน์ของนายจ้าง”
ที่ผ่านมาค่าใช้จ่ายส่วนนี้ ผู้อนุบาลอินโดฯ จะกู้จากธนาคารแล้วค่อยผ่อนชำระเป็นรายเดือน หากผลักภาระให้นายจ้างทั้งหมดจะเป็นธรรมหรือไม่ คงต้องเป็นหน้าที่ของกระทรวงแรงงานที่จะต้องไปเจรจากับอินโดนีเซีย
นายจ้างไต้หวัน ซึ่งเป็นผู้ทุพพลภาพรวมตัวเรียกร้องกระทรวงแรงงานเร่งเจรจาอินโดนีเซียที่ประกาศผลักภาระค่าใช้จ่ายการเดินทางมาทำงานในไต้หวันของแรงงานอินโดฯ ทั้งหมดให้นายจ้างรับผิดชอบ

สายการบินต่างชาติที่กลับมาทำการบินรับ-ส่งผู้โดยสารไป-กลับไต้หวัน ยืนยันแล้วว่ามีทั้งสิ้น 3 สายการบินในเดือนกันยายน ได้แก่ สายการบินเคแอลเอ็ม (KLM Royal Dutch Airlines) ของเนเธอร์แลนด์ สายการบินสิงคโปร์แอร์ไลน์ (Singapore Airlines) และสายการบินสกู๊ต (Scoot) ของสิงคโปร์ โดยกลับมาทำการบินในเส้นทางบินระหว่างไต้หวันไปอัมสเตอร์ดัม, สิงคโปร์ และโตเกียว
ผลกระทบจากสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 ทำให้ก่อนหน้านี้สายการบินเคแอลเอ็มระงับการให้บริการผู้โดยสาร จากที่เคยทำการบินทุกวันวันละ 1 เที่ยวบิน ระหว่างอัมสเตอร์ดัม-ไทเป จนกระทั่งวันที่ 1 ก.ย. จะกลับมาให้บริการอีกครั้ง สัปดาห์ละ 4 เที่ยวบิน ด้วยเครื่องบินโบอิ้ง B777-300ER โดยจะหยุดแวะพักระหว่างทางที่กรุงเทพฯ ประเทศไทย ไทเปถือเป็นจุดหมายปลายทางเส้นทางบินที่ 4 ในพื้นที่ Greater China ของสายการบินเคแอลเอ็มที่กลับมาเปิดให้บริการผู้โดยสารอีกครั้ง
ส่วนสายการบินสิงคโปร์แอร์ไลน์ก่อนหน้านี้ได้ระงับให้บริการผู้โดยสาร จากที่เคยทำการบินวันละ 2 เที่ยวบิน ได้ปรับเปลี่ยนเครื่องบินบรรทุกผู้โดยสารมาให้บริการขนส่งสินค้าแทนสัปดาห์ละ 3 เที่ยวบิน และตั้งแต่วันที่ 2 ก.ย.นี้เป็นต้นไป จะกลับมาเปิดให้บริการเที่ยวบินไทเป-สิงคโปร์ สัปดาห์ละ 3 เที่ยวบิน ด้วยเครื่องบินโบอิ้ง B787-10
