靶向清除衰老细胞的药物（ Senolytics ）：尚无正式的中文译名，2015 年在《 Aging Cells 》上首次出现，由 CAR-T 细胞改造为可定向清除衰老细胞的小分子药剂，其中达沙替尼+槲皮素（ Dasatinib plus Quercetin, D+Q ）的联合用药在 2018 年的小鼠实验中被证明可以成功清除衰老细胞，Unity Biotechnology 的 Judith Campisi 设计出 Senolytics 药剂 UBX0101，尚未通过 II 期临床试验
二甲双胍靶向治疗衰老（ Targeting Aging with Metformin，TAME ）：二甲双胍在1922年首次被人工合成，常见于糖尿病治疗和预防，后被发现可用于延缓衰老，抗衰机制包括通过代谢途径激活AMPK（一种蛋白质激酶，可调控能量平衡）、通过抗氧化途径抑制线粒体I型复合体电子传递系统
重编程技术：被认为是逆转衰老的重要手段之一，可通过诱导性多能干细胞（ Induced pluripotent stem cell，iPS ）的技术对细胞进行重新编程，清除细胞的表观遗传记忆并让细胞变得年轻，但也有实验证明该技术可能加速癌症并发
巴克衰老研究所（ Buck Institute for Research on aging ）：非盈利的独立生物医学研究所，1999年成立，是全世界第一个专注于衰老领域的研究所，2018 年与 Insilico、Juvenescence 联合创立 Napa Therapeutics，推进 NAD+ 抗衰药物研发，该研究所也是世界上第一家研究衰老干预过程的研究所，Unity Biotechlogy 的联合创始人 Judith Campisi 目前仍在该所任职
Gordian：抗衰老领域的创新药服务商，2018 年成立，投资方包括 The Longevity Fund、Formic Ventures、谷歌 AI 负责人 Jeff Dean，主要为抗衰领域药企的研发和实验提供测试平台和量化模型，可比公司包括 Genentech、Atomwise
Atomwise：AI 医疗公司，通过 AI 进行药物设计并销售相关药品给厂商，并对药物的收入按一定比例收取佣金，类似的公司还有 Exscientia、InSilico Medicine
