But how does it succeed? By establishing realism in Star Wars like never before, namely through actions having consequences, and those actions being carried out by flawed people, through the use of vices by those flawed people including sex/alcohol/language, utilizing practical sets and leveraging regional accents, and finally, through organic comedy.
