土耳其叙利亚地震发生已经有一段时间了，许多新闻热点头条总是把焦点放在灾难发生的第一时间。但在旷日持久的重建过程中，如何救援、如何进行有效捐赠，对于灾区来说更加至关重要，而往往在这漫长的重建过程中，不管是媒体还是各种舆论的关注都逐渐消失。面对自然灾害，面对灾难，整个全球的人类响应的体系非常弱。我们既要正视问题，也要看到我们解决问题和进步的可能性。因为灾难不会消失，只有在热点消散后，我们的反思与改进才能让下一次灾难发生时，我们拥有更好的应对与解决方式。
在本期节目，我们邀请到卓明灾害信息服务中心的创始人和主任郝南，在过去很多年间，他参与了大大小小的国际和国内救援行动，包括汶川地震、武汉疫情、河南水灾等等。我们将一起聊聊这次土耳其叙利亚地震中，郝南老师与团队协作的救灾故事；救灾中一些容易被忽略的常识问题；持续关注灾区的必要性；以及作为关注远方正在发生的灾难的普通人，我们能够做些什么。

脆弱世界何谓公平的正义：从农村孩子的近视问题聊起 【主播的话】
本期嘉宾我们邀请到了北京大学中国卫生发展研究中心助理教授马晓晨老师，马晓晨博士师从斯坦福大学“农村教育行动计划”（Rural Education Action Project）联合主任、2008年度中华人民共和国“国际科学技术合作奖”和中国政府“友谊奖”获得者Scott Rozelle（罗斯高）教授。
值得一提的是，他在博士期间设计并领导了针对中国农村地区学生视力改善的一系列随机干预实验，成果显著，并因此孵化出了公益项目“看清未来”，为系统、有效地解决农村儿童近视问题探索模式、建言献策。
在这次谈话过程中，我们通过“看清未来”农村孩子近视和白内障防治的现实案例，探讨了有效公益中如何促进人行为模式的改变，划分了干预的不同层次。最后，作为社会科学工作者，王晓晨老师也谈到了如何让学术知识走出象牙塔，更好地赋能公益。

“看清未来”：是一个致力于改善农村学生的视力问题、从而提升教育水平的科研与公益项目，是陕西师范大学教育实验经济研究所（CEEE）开展的核心项目之一。从2012年到2016年，CEEE在陕西、甘肃、广州、云南等七省超过1000所学校调研的结果显示，在中国农村有27%的小学生、54%的中学生、78%的高中生存在视力不良问题，更为严峻的是，每六个近视的农村孩子，仅有一个及时配戴眼镜，得到矫正。
肯尼亚驱虫项目：因发展了减轻全球贫困的实验方法，迈克尔·克雷默与阿比吉特·班纳吉、埃丝特·迪弗洛共同荣获2019年诺贝尔经济学奖。克雷默以经济学理论为指导，将随机对照实验引入减贫问题的研究，为大量发展政策提供了经验证据，并提出了众多缓解全球贫困的有效措施。
我们的数据世界(Our World in Data)：创始人马克斯·罗瑟(Max Roser)，他致力于研究几十年来各国关于人类生活水平的数据，以揭示全世界的生活状况是如何潜移默化地发生变化的，并对未来产生了什么影响。
边际递减效应：是指在其他条件不变的情况下，如果一种投入要素连续地等量增加，增加到一定产值后，所提供的产品的增量就会下降，即可变要素的边际产量会递减。当消费者消费某一物品的总数量越来越多时，其新增加的最后一单位物品的消费所获得的效用（即边际效用）通常会呈现越来越少的现象（递减），称之边际效用递减法则。
