पहिल्या एपिसोड च्या आधीची माझी स्थिती मला अजूनही आठवते.. इतका घाबरलो होतो मी, की शेवटच्या क्षणापर्यंत मला वाटतं होत की ऑडियो फाईल डिलीट करावी..
मी कधीच माईक हातात घेतला नव्हता, माझा आवाज काही चांगला नव्हता, माझा कॉन्फिडन्स खूप कमी होता आणि मुख्य म्हणजे माझ्या आयुष्यात ज्या घटना घडत होत्या त्यांना पाहून मी 'inspiration' असं नाव असलेला काही सुरू करतो आहे, हे पाहून तर लोक नक्कीच हसणार होते..
त्या दिवसाआधी लोक काय म्हणतील ह्या भीतीने मी बरेचदा काही वेगळं केलंच नाही आणि अनेक वेळा उचललेले पाऊल पण परत घेतले होते.
पण inspiration katta नी माझी लाईफ बदलली.. त्या दिवसापासून मी एकच धोरण अवलंबिले, ते म्हणजे, लोक गेले #@&*
तुमच्या आयुष्यात कधी घडलं आहे का असं काही?
लोक काय म्हणतील या भीतीने काही करायला घाबरला आहात का?

Inspiration Katta : Marathi Podcast - इन्स्पिरेशन कट्टा - मराठी पॉडकास्टEP 49 - PERFECTIONISM - PROCRASTINATION LOOP - दिरंगाई/ चालढकल - पार्ट ३बरेचदा एखाद काम, हवं तेवढं उत्तम प्रकारे करता येत नाही आहे, ह्या भीतीने आपण ते काम करायचं नाही. ते काम कसं होणार आहे किंवा तुमच्याकडून नेमक्या काय अपेक्षा आहेत, ह्याच्याशी त्याचा काहीही संबंध नसतो. फक्त आपल्या त्याच्या रिझल्ट्स बद्दल असलेल्या अपेक्षांमुळे ते काम आपण पुढे ढकलत असतो.
खरतर ते काम पुढे ढकलून ते नंतर चांगल्या पद्धतीने होणार नसतंच, तरीही आपण ते पुढे ढकलतो.
मी लेखन आज चालू केलं काय की दोन महिन्यांनी, ह्या दोन महिन्यात मी काही वेगळा अनुभव किंवा शिक्षण घेणार नसेल तर माझे लिखाण दोन महिन्याने तसेच होणार आहे. आणि हे असं होणार आहे, हे मला माहिती असून मी ते पुढे ढकलतो.
Perfection आणि Procrastination ह्याचा फार बेकार लूप आहे. त्यात जो अडकला, त्याला बाहेर येणं कठीण आहे.
ह्या loop मधून बाहेर यायला काय करायला हवं, ह्या वर आजच्या एपिसोड मध्ये चर्चा केली आहे.
त्याचं शिवाय, एकच वेळी जेंव्हा अनेक गोष्टी करणं आवश्यक असतं, त्या वेळी काय करावं, priority कशी ठरवावी, ह्यावर पण ह्या episode मध्ये चर्चा केली आहे..
