An ausgewählten Orten der 16-Millionen-Einwohner-Stadt stellt der eine Stative für Kamera und der andere für Mikrophon auf, um gleichzeitige, fotografische Ton-Aufnahmen für ihr Projekt zu machen, wobei die Belichtungszeit der Fotografie und die Länge der Tonaufzeichnung identisch sind.
