遊都総研NBIホールディングス、鶯宿温泉の⾧栄館を取得、一部改装工事を実施し、2026年夏に再開業予定 岩手県雫石町「NBIホールディングス、鶯宿温泉の⾧栄館を取得、一部改装工事を実施し、2026年夏に再開業予定 岩手県雫石町」 2025年04月18日株式会社NBIホールディングス（東京都港区、金谷隆行代表）は、傘下の株式会社NBI地方創生インベストメントを通じ、鶯宿温泉の⾧栄館（岩手県雫石町）を取得するため不動産売買契約を締結した。同物件は、東北エリア有数の老舗名門旅館。鶯宿温泉の中核的な旅館だったが、2024年に経営破綻し、現在は運営を休止している。同社は、地方創生・地域活性化に寄与するホテル・旅館等への投資事業を行っており、今回は同物件を旅館として再建するため、取得した。取得後は、一部改装工事を実施し、地域の魅力を再発見できる上質な旅館の展開を目指す。同物件は毎分1,000ℓ以上と全国屈指の豊富な温泉を保有しており、小岩井農場などの風光明媚な自然環境を体感できる雫石町に位置していることから、上質な旅館を展開することで、訪日外国人観光客をはじめ、より一層多くの観光客を誘致できるとしている。なお同社は今後、国内機関投資家、金融機関等の協力を得ながら、2027年3月期までに全国のホテル・旅館等へ200億円の投資を行っていく予定。「⾧栄館」の所在地は岩手県岩手郡雫石町大字鶯宿第6地割字大栗平7番地1他、交通はJR秋田新幹線「雫石」駅より車で約15分、JR各線「盛岡」駅より車で約35分。敷地面積は7,192.21㎡。構造・規模は鉄骨鉄筋コンクリート造・陸屋根亜鉛メッキ鋼板葺10階建。客室は現況55室、再開業時57室予定。付帯設備は大浴場・露天風呂・レストラン・ラウンジ。再開業予定は2026年夏。2025-04-1802 min

第24回目のゲストはNBIコンサルティング株式会社 代表取締役でITコーディネータの本田秀行さんです。
パーソナリティの佐藤好彦さん（タッタ君）が打合せで本田さんを「親分」と呼んでいたことが気になり、番組の最初にそれについてお尋ねしたところ、本田さんは、みちのくIT経営支援センターという一般社団法人も主宰されていて、そちらは、本田さんと同じITコーディネーターや社労士、税理士、会計士など、プロフェッショナルな資格を持っている方達の集団だそうです。そしてパーソナリティの佐藤好彦さんもそのメンバーのため、「親分」という呼び方をしたそうです(笑)
さて、本題に戻り、本田さんがお持ちのITコーディネーターというのはどんな資格なのでしょうか。本田さんによると、ITコーディネータというのは、真に経営に役立つＩＴ利活用の実現をサポートする資格で、できてから10年以上経っているそうです。けれど、本田さんが資格を取得した10年前はまだ知名度も低く、「パソコンを修理する人ですか？」と、よく間違われたとのこと。
本田「簡単に言うとですね、ＩＴ、要はコンピューターと経営ですね。ITと経営をうまく結びつけるための専門家だと思っていただければいいかなと思います。」

ITコーディネーターの資格を活かしながら、宮城県のコンサルティングもなさっているという本田さんですが、今現在の業務としては、県のシステムの調達に際して、必要な機能のアドバイスや、見積りの精査、提案内容の審査などを行うことが多いとのこと。導入するほうにしてみれば、当然、価格が抑えられたほうがいいわけですが、そこを重視するあまり機能が絞り込まれすぎてしまったり、品質が落ちてしまわないように、逆に本田さんから「必要な機能に対しては必要なお金をはらってください」と助言することもあるそうです。つまり、費用対効果のバランスや妥当性をはかるのもお仕事の一つと言えそうです。
ITコーディネーター資格を実際に持っている人の仕事には多様性があり、民間の仕事をしている場合は、調達や情報セキュリティの研修、最近ではマイナンバーの研修なども多いとのこと。番組では本田さんのお仕事やITコーディネータとは何ぞや？ということを伺いながら、組織の経営（業績向上）に視点を置く考え方や、IoT（あらゆるモノがインターネットに接続して相互にデータを活かしあう世界）についてもわかりやすくお話をしていただきました。（笹崎）
