Together with Professor Izumi Fukunaga from the Neural Computation Unit at the Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology (OIST), he launched the OIST Sonic Lab project.  The goal of this project is to explore the elements of sound that enhance our sense of well-being and uncover the science behind them.
