Er kann bereits auf eine lange musikalische Laufbahn zurückblicken: Nils Hoffmann hat als Kind Instrumente gelernt und als Jugendlicher in einer Rockband gespielt. Später begann er ein klassisches Musikstudium und kam mit der Produktion von elektronischer Musik in Kontakt.
