網路行銷面面觀網路行銷面面觀之paypal調整交易手續費了本網路創業課程是由台灣轉售權第一站負責人董正隆分享，這個課程也有廣播版， 如欲訂閱廣播， 請到我的ITunes網路行銷面面觀頻道訂閱 http://itunes.apple.com/tw/podcast//id492606221 文字說明(下載PDF檔) 大家好，我是董正隆，在這邊有一個關於paypal的壞消息，paypal就是貝寶，它在目前世界上，是最多人使用的線上收付款工具。 他們以前的手續費，都是3.5%，換句話說，如果你是用paypal來收款的話，你賣出去的東西，都是收3.5%手續費。 在台灣的話，是10元加上3.5%手續費，但是在今天，我收到一個通知說，他們要變更交易手續費的款項，就是收付款的%數，這當然對我們來講很重要。因為做網路行銷收付款的手續費，是一個額外的支出，我看到他們正式的生效日期是在2012年6月12日。 它最主要是把中國大陸和台灣部份做一個修改，台灣的話，是從交易手續費3.5%升到4%，Oh my god! 多了0.5%，多了0.5%你可能覺得沒多少，事實上多很多。因為0.5%長期累積下來，是很高，4%就是相當於，他要抽你賣出去的錢的二十五分之一。也就是說每賣25塊，從paypal賣出去的，他都要抽1塊。 他們有這個權力，隨時漲就漲，我不是很清楚paypal他們為什麼要做這樣的調整。但是可想而知，這一定是受到美元最近通貨膨脹的影響，這也是代表，美元在全世界的地位，正在下降。所以像在台灣，你可以感受的到，就是物價上漲的狀況。 由於paypal大部分都是用美金，或者當地的貨幣在交易，所以我在猜，他們一下子把手續費提高0.5%。他們覺得目前的獲利太低了，所以要把整體的手續費，一下提高0.5%。這其實是非常大的，對於你的影響也是沒有辦法。 在台灣，除非你有公司，否則你還是得這樣的接受。你看很奇怪，美元的交易手續費，仍然還是3.5%，這個真的是夠奸詐的。美元的交易手續費，可能原本更低，但是現在也調整到3.5%。然後，這個手續費%數，比其他國家的，都還低0.5%。 paypal會將商業用戶，就是你開的帳號，是商業用戶的帳號，視為合作夥伴。像我們沒有公司，開的不是商業用戶帳號，就是特選帳戶，這個特選帳戶，paypal會覺得說跟它沒有業務往來。所以他們有完全的決定權，說你在那邊收付款他們接不接受。 paypal得以隨時不通知此類的用戶，拒絕維持這類的付款。換句話說，依賴他們目前還是一個必要的，但是遲早如果他們太過分的話，我們還是要再斟酌說，看有沒有更好的方法。目前為止，我自己的收付款，都是用paypal。 那我目前用起來還不錯，就是交易手續費有點高。像我最近就在賣的「無所不在，網路行銷術」，產品兩萬元，就會被收了七、八百元以上的手續費。我們再花一點點時間，來看一下他之前的一些規章，這個已經確定發佈的。 我來挑一個來做說明，其實paypal的交易手續費，還是有一個上限的，這是平常比較少人，平常沒事不會去看，所以讓你來了解一下。像在新台幣的部分，每一筆金額最高的交易手續費，最多就是一千三百五十元。 如果我算給你看的話，如果你現在賣的如果是三萬元的東西，那三萬元乘以4%的話，用它從3.5%改為4%手續費規定來算的話。那基本上，就會是一千兩百元。 這樣還沒到一千三百五十元，換句話說，如果你只要賣三、四萬的東西，那交易手續費，就會收到一個極限。這意味著除非你賣四萬元以上的產品，或可能要三萬五仟元以上的產品，然後paypal的交易手續費，才會收到一千三百五十元，就是不會再增加。 換句話說，如果你賣三萬五仟元以上的東西，你的交易手續費，是有省到一些，因為最多就是收到三萬五仟元左右的產品，一般人在網路上交易，很少會交易到三萬五仟元，我相信他們故意設這個上限也是有原因的，因為很少人會這樣子做。 他們也是陸陸續續每一次更新都會寄e-mail到我的信箱，如果你有paypal帳號的話，你也可以偶爾去關注一下。這是很少人在關注的，但事實上這種東西，可能不看好像覺得沒差，但其實它偷偷改了你又不知道。 就像Google最近也在改它的演算法，正常都不會去關注這些，這些其實是有牽涉到比較專業的層次，像SEO搜尋引擎最佳化網站排名有關。如果平常不是從事這方面的工作，或者對這方面有特別的興趣，你也不會去管它。 什麼Google又來個什麼企鵝更新、熊貓更新，最近又來一個企鵝更新，有機會再跟大家聊。 在這邊附帶一提的，就是paypal像是網路上比較大咖的公司，像是Google、Yahoo，或者paypal這一類的公司。或像Apple這些，iPad、iPhone之類這些的消息，其實有時候他們的動向，是跟我們有很直接關聯的。 偶爾花一點點的時間，去保持更新，才不會落伍。就好像玩電腦的人，時時刻刻也會看一下，最近又有哪些產品出來啦。玩軟體的人可能就要注意說，譬如像繪圖軟體，有沒有更新，有沒有從5.0升級到6.0還是怎麼樣之類的。現在是9.0，你還在用5.0，還有Windows改版，你也要稍微注意一下。 這一次，就跟大家簡單的分享到這裡，我們下次再見，拜拜。 瀏覽數：502012-05-1408 min
