在本期的节目当中，蓓蓓想和大家聊一聊在葡萄酒的市场宣传中经常听到的一个有些神秘的词：Terroir, 风土。
让我们一起来了解这个词想表达什么，有着怎样的意义，还是仅仅是一种葡萄酒营销手段呢？
法语单词 terroir 风土 来自 terre，意思为“土地”。 它被广泛用于葡萄酒的讨论和营销当中。
风土的物理定义： 气温，降水量，日照量， 土壤性质，排水能力，营养成分，土地斜坡角度，方向和标高等。
Terroir 这一词主要想表达的是：优质葡萄酒的独特性归功于它们的地方感。就和我们经常说的“一方水土，养一方人”非常的相似。
通俗一点来说，Terroir可以理解为“一方水土，养一方葡萄”。
需要注意的是：
风土的准确和公认的定义并不存在。
并不是优质葡萄酒才有风土，就如之前提到的，风土是指土壤，地势，气候等土地固有的自然环境的总称，有益的生长环境对葡萄的成长固然有帮助，但并不是决定一瓶葡萄酒好坏的唯一因素。
因为风土的准确和公认的定义并不存在，这也就造成了销售者经常在没有先定义风土的含义的情况下使用这个术语，从而为消费者带来了一些困惑。
下面我们来说2个常见的情形：

对消费者造成误导性
Terroir 并不是一个神秘的的词，与之相反，它实际上是酿酒师和酒农用来和消费者沟通的一个词汇，想通过这个词来描述瓶中葡萄酒的一些与众不同的特色。
只不过，消费者不能只依靠风土来决定一瓶葡萄酒的好坏。决定葡萄酒味道的因素有很多，例如，葡萄品种，酿造手法和技术，以及收获年份都可以很大程度的影响葡萄酒的品质与口感。
所以，了解但不拘泥于terroir，品尝不同的葡萄酒为你带来的不一样的感受，找到适合自己并喜欢的葡萄酒，这才是品酒的乐趣。
