לאור הכנסת אגרות הגודש לחוק ההסדרים 2021 (החוק הזה שכמעט ולא דיברנו עליו בפודקאסט), בתקווה שיישארו שם ויעברו בכנסת, החלטנו סוף סוף לדבר על אגרות גודש לעומק, ולכן בפרק 15 הזמנו את מיכל גלברט, לשעבר "נערת אוצר", וכיום מנכ"לית הארגון פיוצ'ר מוביליטי IL, ארגון ללא מטרת רווח שמטרתו לקדם את תחום התחבורה בישראל על ידי הפגשת הממשלה, מגזר שלישי, מומחים, אקדמאים, בעלי עניין ועוד... להחלפת רעיונות ולזירוז צעדים חיוניים. מאז שהוקם הארגון הוא בין האחראיים החשובים לקידום פתרונות קומון סנס (וליברליים) כמו אגרות גודש ובדיוק על זה דנו בפרק.
כמובן שלא יכלנו להימנע מלנצל את ההזדמנות ולשאול את מיכל קצת על איך זה להיות באגף התקציבים מבפנים ועל החוויות והדעות שלה כרפרנטית באגף התקציבים בכלל ואחראית על מו"פ, חדשנות, טכנולוגיה והשכלה גבוהה בפרט, על כך דיברנו בתחילת הפרק.
