This is not a glitch. It's test pattern [times square], an electronic piece by Paris-based Japanese artist Ryoji Ikeda, reworked for 47 screens across five blocks of one of the most iconic and irritating places in the world. This is the soundtrack that was played on October 16 as part of the installation.
