Practical efilism: using price, pollution, and preference to press the red button
Antinatalists and efilists often talk about the "red button" thought experiment, but how can we move from thoughts and theory into practical action that can be taken to legally reduce life and therefore reduce extreme suffering, violence and pain? #practicalefilism

The solution to housing unaffordability is getting a vasectomy
I am multimillionaire now and most of that wealth did not come from property. Rather, most of it came from crypto and stocks. This shows that buying property is not necessary to build wealth. I fact, you don't need to buy property at all. However, everyone needs a place to live, and with the rise in property prices and rents all over the developed world, many young people are finding they are being priced out. You cannot rely on politics to solve this problem simply because most voters want rising house prices due to greed. Politicians in democracies do not...

How I became a multimillionaire again (for only 30 minutes)
In late October 2021, I became a multimillionaire for the second time in my life. This time I was a multimillionaire for only about 30 minutes before crypto market fluctuations made me a mere millionaire again. In this recording, I explain how to become a multimillionaire. One of the key principles I talk about is the importance of focusing on what will give you big returns and large savings. Don't sweat the small stuff. Most people focus on investments that provide small returns or savings techniques that save only a small amount of money. These people are penny smart and pound foolish...

Food, shelter, and love: the necessities of life
Food and shelter are basic necessities, but the need for love is also very strong. Love is a feeling we experience because our bodies are trying to make us have babies. Not only does biology make us want to love others but also our biology makes us want others to love us as well. There is a downside to this as it can lead to conformity. We conform to archetypes in order to get others to love us, which can cause us to turn away from our true selves. There are many benefits from turning your back on love.

How to develop infinite risk tolerance
When you are young, you should take on more risk when investing. As you get older, you reduce your risk up to the point where you reach your FIRE number. Once you reach your FIRE number, the risk you take in your investments should start to rise again. Once you have reached your FIRE number, you have the ability to take on infinite risk.

Why dogecoin is a very good investment
Many people do not take dogecoin seriously, but there are many reasons to believe that the joke crypto can be worth US$10 one day. Key to this idea is the utility of dogecoin, which comes from its speed and low fees, making it a perfect currency for use on the internet and in real life. (Note: This is not financial advice.)

Social security, ageing population, increasing burden on the young and what to do about it
In this podcast I talk about how social security and the ageing population creates the need for higher taxes (or inflation via money printing) which puts more burden on the young (mostly Millennials). The solution to this problem is to stop having children because children are expensive. By not having children, you can save more and invest more, which gives you financial independence and freedom. Unless you are extremely wealthy, having kids will make you a slave.

Becoming a millionaire and distinguishing between splurges vs ongoing expenses
Having recently become a millionaire, I consider the lessons learned. An important lesson is the importance of watching ongoing expenses. It makes no sense being a millionaire if your ongoing expenses are very high. As such, a splurge of spending every now and then is not too harmful. What is extremely harmful to your personal finances and to your freedom are ongoing expenses such as when you have children, get a house, or buy a car.

Moral nihilism, antinatalism and the minimisation of suffering
This podcast is about moral nihilism, the idea that there is no right or wrong, which gives rise to the "might makes right" principle. As a result, we see perceived injustices or atrocities in the world e.g. child sex trafficking. Antinatalism is presented as one of the solutions to the suffering of sentient beings caused by moral nihilism. Of course, antinatalism, although it prevents future generations suffering and imposing suffering on others, doesn't address the harm caused by those already alive. As such, those who dislike suffering who are already alive should seek to minimise the harm they impose...

Why vegans should be antinatalists
There is a halo of virtue around family. Procreating and having a family is seen as wholesome and good. It certainly is a natural instinct to procreate and have a family. The desire to have children comes from our biology, our evolution. However, other natural instincts include aggression, murder and rape. We acknowledge the cruelty of "nature" when we see animals animals in the wilderness attack each other, but why do many not acknowledge that humans are animals too who naturally oppress one another for the sake of selfish gain? Nature is cruel and leads to suffering. To reduce suffering...

How to deal with anxiety
Often people carry around trauma and negative thoughts. Dwelling on these negative thoughts can hold you back, so it is better to try not to hold on to these thoughts but instead think about the future. Use past trauma as an opportunity to learn from your mistakes.

Reasons why you should not have children
Not only am I a modern hermit but I am also an antinatalist. Having children reduces your freedom. Having children is also extremely expensive. Having a children will make you poorer than if you have no children. The reasons for not having children are not just selfish. There are many altruistic reasons why you should not have children e.g. the world is overpopulated, procreation is extremely damaging to the environment, and procreation increases suffering. Procreation also hurts women. Nothing holds women back more than motherhood.

Why it is better to be a loner
There are many benefits of being isolated. People often say that you must be with others and connect with others, but there are many benefits of distancing yourself from others. Note that towards the end of the podcast there are sound issues. I am new to podcasting!
