株式会社SHUHARI代表取締役、株式会社sopo代表取締役。新座市子ども子育て会議委員。1977年、埼玉県朝霞市生まれ。埼玉県立川越高校、明治大学経済学部卒業後、大手通販会社へ就職。
従兄に子どもが生まれたことをきっかけに、「保育園に入りたくても入れない」という待機児童問題に驚き、保育学や児童発達支援について学ぶ。２００４年９月、埼玉県志木市にて、「保育園元気キッズ志木園：を開演。以後、地域のニーズに対応しながら、小規模保育事業、認可保育所、病児保育、学童保育、児童発達支援事業、保育所等訪問支援所、相談支援事業所を開設。２０２１年現在で、地域に根ざした福祉事業所を２４施設展開。
「日本教育新聞」「埼玉新聞」「保育雑誌月刊ひろば」など、多数のメディアで保育士の離職率の低さなどについて取り上げされる。「プレジデントオンライン」をはじめ、教育情報メディア「リセマム」：にも記事やコラムを寄稿するほか、「コドモン」でセミナー講師をつとめるなど、講演活動も多数。趣味はファミリーキャンプ、フットサル。古典からビジネス書、ライトノベルまで守備範囲の広い無類の読書好きでもある。

【HASEこと長谷川俊道について】
天文12年(1543年)創建の瑞岩寺住職。社会福祉法人毛里田睦会理事長(札幌市麻生むつみ保育園、横浜市北寺尾むつみ保育園、北寺尾第二むつみ保育園、毛里田児童クラブ、特別養護老人ホーム毛里田を運営)。毛里田こども園園長。1967年2月27日、群馬県生まれ。駒澤大学仏教学部禅学科卒業後、福井県・永平寺で3年余り修行。修了後は永平寺から群馬の自宅まで1か月かけて托鉢しながら帰宅する。その後、東京・東久留米のお寺を経て、ハワイ・パールハーバーのお寺に赴任。7年半ハワイで住職として過ごした後、帰国。実家の瑞岩寺の副住職に就任する。

天文12年(1543年)創建の瑞岩寺住職。社会福祉法人毛里田睦会理事長(札幌市麻生むつみ保育園、横浜市北寺尾むつみ保育園、北寺尾第二むつみ保育園、毛里田児童クラブ、特別養護老人ホーム毛里田を運営)。毛里田こども園園長。1967年2月27日、群馬県生まれ。駒澤大学仏教学部禅学科卒業後、福井県・永平寺で3年余り修行。修了後は永平寺から群馬の自宅まで1か月かけて托鉢しながら帰宅する。その後、東京・東久留米のお寺を経て、ハワイ・パールハーバーのお寺に赴任。7年半ハワイで住職として過ごした後、帰国。実家の瑞岩寺の副住職に就任する。

中村さまとは、今回、初めてお会いさせていただきました。
実は、先生の書籍『保育園運営の教科書』は、ある理事にススメられて拝読させていただきました。あまりに素晴らしいので、うちの法人の全ての施設長に読んでいただいております。とても、わかりやすくまとめられており現在、元気キッズグループは、埼玉県新座市、東京都内に２４施設を運営され、地域密着のサービスと、離職率が低く、子供たちの笑顔にために、というのが、うちの理念と同じであったことが、とても共感できました。今回、お会いして、お話を伺う機会をいただきまして、とても感謝しております。
本日は、是非、中村さまの生い立ちや、保育園事業への参入、さらに現在行われていらっしゃる地域密着サービスのお話、そして、社長としての現在までの会社経営、仕事に関する熱い想いなどをお聴かせ願えればと存じます。どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

中村敏也（なかむら としや）
株式会社SHUHARI代表取締役、株式会社sopo代表取締役。新座市子ども子育て会議委員。1977年、埼玉県朝霞市生まれ。埼玉県立川越高校、明治大学経済学部卒業後、大手通販会社へ就職。
従兄に子どもが生まれたことをきっかけに、「保育園に入りたくても入れない」という待機児童問題に驚き、保育学や児童発達支援について学ぶ。２００４年９月、埼玉県志木市にて、「保育園元気キッズ志木園：を開演。以後、地域のニーズに対応しながら、小規模保育事業、認可保育所、病児保育、学童保育、児童発達支援事業、保育所等訪問支援所、相談支援事業所を開設。２０２１年現在で、地域に根ざした福祉事業所を２４施設展開。
「日本教育新聞」「埼玉新聞」「保育雑誌月刊ひろば」など、多数のメディアで保育士の離職率の低さなどについて取り上げされる。「プレジデントオンライン」をはじめ、教育情報メディア「リセマム」：にも記事やコラムを寄稿するほか、「コドモン」でセミナー講師をつとめるなど、講演活動も多数。趣味はファミリーキャンプ、フットサル。古典からビジネス書、ライトノベルまで守備範囲の広い無類の読書好きでもある。
