Endlich hatten wir unseren ersten Gast und auch wenn der gute Tibor (Twitter/Watchalot-Cast) eher PC-Spieler ist und nur eine Xbox One besitzt, konnten wir uns dennoch über den Multiplattform-Titel Tom Clancys Ghost Recon Wildland austauschen. Trotz verschiedener Plattformen sind wir dennoch der einigermaßen gleichen Meinung – naja, zumindest teilweise.

Nach dem es wieder einige Zeit ruhig war auf diesem Kanal, haben wir es nun endlich geschafft uns einmal zusammen zu setzen und unsere persönlichen News zu verkünden.

Schon lange hat uns ein Spiel nicht mehr so in seinen Bann gezogen, wie es bei Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End der Fall war. Grund genug diesem, wir nehmen es vorweg, Meisterwerk eine eigene Folge zu widmen. Nur leider fiel uns dann während der Aufnahme erst auf, dass man über ein Spiel, welches so von Story und Cineasmus getragen wird, nicht viel sagen kann ohne an allen Enden und Ecken zu spoilern. Und da wir dies so gut es geht vermeiden wollte, entstand nun eine sehr chaotische, manchmal schweigsame, manchmal umherrudernde Folge zu Uncharted 4.

Nach langem Überlegen dachten wir uns, wir rollen das Feld von hinten auf und sagen uns, das Beste kommt zum Schluß. In diesem Fall ist das unser E3-Rückblick. Zu spät gibt es da nämlich nicht, kommt ja eh alles erst nächstes Jahr raus. Oder vielleicht doch nicht? Wir sagen auf jeden Fall den Publishern unsere Meinung zu deren Keynotes und schließen mit den weltberühmten „großen Drei, präsentiert von open-dev /plays“ ab. Viel Spaß.

Wir sind zurück und zwar mit unserer ersten Spielebesprechung. Und wir haben uns auch direkt einen großen Virus extrahiert – Tom Clancy’s The Division versucht als Third-Person-Deckungsshooter-RPG-MMO (oder wie man es auch immer nennen mag) uns abhängig zu machen. Zumindest bei Sven und Soeren hat das einigermaßen geklappt und so müssen die beiden nun Basti Rede und Antwort zum Thema stehen. Alles natürlich warm ummantelt von den News und dem We play! Wir nehmen Euch mit in die Quarantänezone und wünschen Euch viel Spaß!

Nachdem mich nun mein Rücken vollständig nieder gerungen hat und die Technik auch noch gegen mich war, bin ich nun wieder bereit, mich dem regelmäßigen Podcasts zu widmen. Dieses Mal lass ich die knappe erste Hälfte des Jahres 2016 Revue passieren und habe für mich jetzt schon beschlossen – 2016, das ist nicht mein Jahr. Bereits vor dem 32. Chaos Communication Congress in Hamburg stand fest, dass das Hamburger Podcast Meetup sich dort zusammenfinden möchte, um einmal gemeinsam etwas zu produzieren. Gesagt, getan plauderten Nele Heise, Martin und Philipp vom Metercast, Sebastian vom Lauschpod, Johannes vom Alltäglichen Podcast und meine Wenigkeit am Podcastertisch. Vor gut 2 Jahren erschien die Playstation 4 auf dem deutschen Markt und während wir drei uns die Konsole zu vollkommen unterschiedlichen Zeiten geholt haben, so sind wir doch nun alle an einem gemeinsamen Punkt nun – Licht und Schatten. Denn auch wenn wir die PS4 lieben, so gibt es dennoch Dinge, die uns die restlichen Haare ausreißen lassen.
