• Demografischer Wandel. Die Hälfte der Menschen, die heute geboren werden, werden bestimmt 100 Jahre alt.
• Ambulantisierung. Spitalaufenthalte werden kürzer und seltener. Immer mehr Leistungen kommen ins eigene Wohnzimmer.
• Fachkräftebedarf. Wenn man so wächst, wie die Spitex wächst, braucht es immer mehr Personal.
• Digitalisierung. Wir müssen in der Spitex die digitalen Möglichkeiten in die Pflegeprozesse integrieren.
