Wir haben Constanze Kurz eingeladen und wagen einen umfangreichen Rückblick auf die Arbeit der Enquête-Kommission "Internet und Digitale Gesellschaft" die in den letzten zwei Jahren vom Bundestag ihre Arbeit verrichtet hat und unlängst ihre letzte Sitzung hatte. Zusätzlich blicken wir kurz auf den merkwürdigen Deal, den Google mit den französischen Verlagen gemacht hat um einem wie auch immer gearteten Leistungsschutzrecht zu entgehen.
