我們三位準大人發現，隨著我們漸漸長大，對於「樂」的看法也漸漸的位移。高中的時候，覺得三五好友放學後去看場電影就是一件好歡樂的事情，大家七嘴八舌的在上課時傳紙條討論，連看場電影時也不能安靜下來；升上大學後，漸漸的我們也跟上潮流跟著同學夜遊、夜唱，覺得越晚回家越好、覺得一定要怎樣怎樣，因為這樣才是大學生！然而，出了社會後，我們漸漸發現，休閒娛樂不再是為了別人、為了酷炫，常常反而是為了自己的內心的平靜、追求真正的快樂及滿足。
我們搬來倫敦讀研究所、工作了以後也漸漸在生活中找到節奏，也同時找到了自己喜歡而不是盲從的休閒娛樂，我們藉由這集分享給各位準大人們：
「博物館驚奇」：倫敦豐富的博物館生態圈，其實能讓一個人漸漸的開始欣賞藝術並產生興趣（甚至買入博物館Pass） 。Eddie/Jen在節目中提到了讓他們從在博物館裡「競走」、「打哈欠」到一間博物館可以一逛再逛的成長過程。而其中，從一兩區鎖定開始探索一間博物館、看街上的特展廣告而前往（給自己一次機會吧！）及純粹到展場中感受氛圍都是非常好的初始策略。而對以看展為興趣的Tina來說，博物館就像是她的教室，她也推薦其實倫敦有非常多值得一逛的小galleries（如：Mayfair 的 Old Burlington Street，Maddox Street等)。
「音樂舞台劇陶冶」：除了大家比較熟悉的音樂劇（如：回到未來《 Back to The Future》、歌劇魅影《The Phantom of the Opera》、獅子王《The Lion King》等），舞台劇也有非常多的選擇（如：Tina 最推薦的雷曼三部曲《 The Lehman Trilogy》、《Prima Facie》等）。Eddie分享到了，他在倫敦經常ㄧ個人去看劇，除了多很多時間去專注在劇場的設計，也能讓自己沈澱、充分地融入劇情當中。此外，在倫敦看劇能夠給你非常「沈浸式」的感受，隨著現場的氣氛（大家一定要欣賞完Curtain Call以後再離開喔！），你真的能感受到你真的是這個城市的一部分。
「運動趣」：除了近郊的小鎮很適合週末安排小旅行去踏青健行以外，倫敦附近也有大大小小的高爾夫球場及練習場，除了需要會員證的球場可能比較難踏入以外，大部分的入場費都非常划算。而大部分的球場除了風景宜人之外，打完球後到鄉村餐廳感受當地居民的好客及熱情也是非常特別的體驗。此外，倫敦也有相當多的攀岩場，也成為近年來壓力大的上班族舒壓的一種方式。當然，每年暑假，我們也非常推薦大家到溫布敦公開賽，體驗屬於英國特殊的看球氣氛（如Tina所說，經常有賣二手票的攤位；就算沒拿到票，坐在戶外草坪、啜飲啤酒也是一種夏日享受）。
希望大家在聽了這集之後，無論你在哪座城市、在人生的哪個階段都能夠找到能夠讓自己真的放鬆、找到自我的方法。而最後其實做什麼活動，找什麼樂就沒有這麼重要了。

1) 增加自己在職場上的能見度（Visibility)：自己做幾分，就有信心的說出做幾分！同時注意展現自己與別人觀感之間的平衡（察言觀色）。
2) 注意自己產出的影響力（So what?)：拼了老命工作，整晚挑燈夜戰並不一定能夠產生足夠的影響力。
3) 培養自己在職場上的「交際能力」：職場上的「狠角色」通常存在感很高，大家知道她/他們獨特的價值主張（Value Proposition）。
4) 知道自己的獨特專長在哪裡：能夠建立自己的獨特專長（Spikes）必須先從「了解自己」開始，但基本能力的培養不能不花時間。
5) 盡量多多涉略廣泛的知識：在學生時代或在閒暇時間能夠多多涉略不同領域的知識（終身學習），往往能夠在出奇不意的時間點派上用場。
