И о своих безуспешных попытках повторить их эксперимент и добиться порозовения аналогичного настоя, полученного при заваривании смеси сушеного или свежего розмарина и разных зеленых и белых чаев, но не Билочуня. Которого у меня в хозяйстве просто не оказалось. Вот такой вот я чайный эксперт. Без Билочуня...Тони Гебели (Tony Gebely) анонсировал на днях выход своей новой книги, которая называется Exploring Hà Giang: A Comprehensive Snow Shan Specialty Tea Handbook. И которая — что особенно приятно — доступна для свободного скачивания, достаточно нажать соответствующую кнопку под ссылкой...Ну и раз уж дело дошло до книжных анонсов. В Казахстане совсем недавно вышла книга «Қазақша шай: путешествие по истории и историям», посвященная, естественно, казахской чайной традиции. Написала книгу Светлана Познякова, а оформила — Александра Вирх. Книга уже появилась в местной торговле, но проще всего, пожалуй, заказать ее, связавшись непосредственно с автором.
