Unfinished Trip
Just a simple electronic tune with ambient elements. Initially done in 1 hour for a weekly compo and some work was later added, but technically still unfinished. Just enough to show the basic idea, at least.

Growl On The Water
A very low-tuned industrial piece, inspired by the dephts of the sea, therefore production and sound may be a bit weird. Full of fake but crunchy guitar riffs and harmonic pinchs, and a generally somber, dark atmosphere combined with slightly organic elements and ambiance sounds. Nothing too complex at all but just fitting the intended vibe. Individual artwork for this track is the combination and juxtaposing of different sky and vegetation photos to simulate an "under water" place with coral reef. Probably not working as intended at all haha.

Eternal Darkness
Okay, now we forget of black cats for awhile and going back to (synth) METALLL! This time a lot slower and doomer than my usual, tho. It was done for 2h compo so didn't have too much of time to add as many details as I wanted to. Therefore it may feel a bit too much karaoke-ish, like missing melodies for what could be a death/black metal vocalist singing some nonsense about deep darkness or whatever.

Into the Sanctuary of the Black Cat
Just another one of my attempts of original music done for a 1 hour quickly compo. This one was a bit more chill and ambient oriented than my usual stuff, although eventually moving closer to synth metal as usual. I tried toying with folk elements as well, although these didn't align that well at all.

Crossing The Path Of the Black Cat
Just a simple, somewhat chill tune. Done in 1 hour for a quick weekly compo. Musically hard to define, but some comments pointed at a wild west vibe that wasn't intended at all. I'd say my inspiration came more from my sunday walks in rustic areas, crossing with random cats in the path, etc.

Lost In Mysterious Lands
So, well... I keep doing attempts of original music after the second original album, and so just though of uploading some WIPs as samples here. Originally done in 2 hours for a qiuick compo on ThaSauce. The theme for the week was "getting lost", so I tried some ethereal and mysterious vibe combined with my usual synth metal. Perhaps a bit slower and more doom and gloomy than my usual stuff, but that was the intended vibe. With (obviously) fake harp as main protagonist. I hope you like :) By the way, my Soundcloud account is getting full regarding total time of...

Protect Nature (Against Human Invaders)
So, well... I keep doing attempts of original music after the second original album, and so just though of uploading some WIPs as samples here. This one was an interesting one to work with. Originally done in 2 hours for a qiuick compo on ThaSauce. The theme for the week was "the monopoly guy", an scene from Ace Ventura getting pissed against the evil CEOs planning to destroy the environment and fellow animals. So with that in mind I tried something with a very tribal style, somewhat inspired by the brazilian band Sepultura. Lots of toms, crunchy midi guitars, a fake...

So, well... I keep doing attempts of original music after the second original album, and so just though of uploading some WIPs as samples here. Not that happy with this one, but I guess it just works. Originally done in 2 hours for a qiuick compo on ThaSauce. The theme for the week was the Rosetta Stone, so the plan was to write something inspired by the Ancient Egypt. A vibe and style that is pretty far from my comfort zone, but still tried something on this vein combined with my usual synth/midi metal. I hope you like :) By the...

Into The Unknown Lands
An original synth/MIDI metal song. Inspired by a weird dream I once had involving a door in a rented apartment that led to a mysterious, colorful open world full of fantastic creatures and extravagant, lively vegetation. Musically it may sound a lot like a videogame soundtrack, but that's more coincidence than intentional, since I simply love music and games and music from games! All started with a simple harp arpeggio and some basic chords in a rather simple and short tune. I then extended the structure to feel more like a complete song and tried writing some lead melodies...

Watch the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BjdK_1Tx6Bg BORING STORY / DESCRIPTION: After lots of Tales of Phantasia, now we go with another great 90s JRPG with amazing soundtrack: Terranigma, which is another all-time favorite of mine. The source isn't among the greatest or most popular this game has to offer. But it was Winter Month in Pixel Mixers, a monthly video game music community and contest. En Busca Del Carro Perdido (Manolo Escobar Cover) [Karaoke]
Watch the video for this song (ruined version): https://youtu.be/fH0QS_JKMD8 [en español abajo] Manolo Escobar was a spanish singer of andalusian copla, rumba, pasodoble and other typical spanish styles of the time. This song specifically talks about one of the biggest mysteries in the modern Spain mythology: where is Manolo's "carro" (traction carriage, not car)? Who dared to stole him? Today, December 28th, also happens to be the spanish equivalent to April Fools, known as "Día de los inocentes", pretty common in spanish speaking countries like Spain and most of Latin America. Sons Of Seitan
Here we go with another of my original tunes for my March 2024 mini-album, "The Placeholder of Something"! This time the intention was to make something brutal and agressive inspired by black metal, along with the usual short intro. I don't think this sounds very much like black metal, but more like... I dunno what this thing is, actually. All instruments are MIDI and programmed by myself. No AI, no collabs, no pretensions of trying anything big. Just me having fun and toying with the DAW. Router Evil
Here we go with another attempt of original tune! This one is a lot more electronic than my usual, while still having some common elements of my stuff, like the (not necessarily intentional but "just happens") dark atmosphere. The inspiration came after some person -who prefers to stay anonymous- posted an audio recording of the sound their router was doing, which somewhat reminds to upbeat or hardcore techno music. I then started a rough draft for what would quickly become a short and simple song worth to add to my collection of original stuff. Nothing great, complex or innovative but...

Gotta Be Absurd
Here we go with another track from my synth metal original mini-EP, "The placeholder of something". This one was initially started with the plan to be musically closer to funk, and the title was meant to be "Funking Shirt". However, as usual this mutated into a totally different thing. I don't even know how to define this in term of music genre or style. Just weird stuff. I soon noticed this song and the choice of sounds has a texture that kinda reminds me to that of some Gameboy Advance's soundtracks. That's where the title switched to "Gotta Be Absurd"...

Coprruption
Second track from my short mini-album / EP of original tunes. 100% MIDI, no real instruments played. Done with no more pretensions than just composing something and having fun with it. The initial intention was more of a classic hard rock tune somewhat inspired by Black Sabbath's Paranoid, including some attempt of characteristic riff. Can't say it went that well, but still I think it works as a simple and quick but fun tune. Title is a silly pun with Cops, Corruption and Prr (you know, that cute sound cats do).

You can download/stream the full mini-album/EP here: https://unknownpseudoartist.bandcamp.com/album/the-placeholder-of-something Musically I'd define that as (very) synth metal with my usual diversity of influences from both inside and outside metal. Que T'empatolles, Pallasso (catalan)
Just a silly shitpost with insults and mythical quotes from the catalan Vegeta, voiced by Joan Sanz. Yes, this album is mostly serious but still a place for fun and laughs!

ActRaiser - I was sent by God to exterminate the monsters
It's been a long time since I uploaded any new music at Soundcloud! But actually I was more active than ever ruining music, and also improving skills as arranger, producer or whatever. Far away are the times when all I'd do was replacing the main melody/leads by that silly and noisy voice of mine! As now I also work hard on making original covers that sound as badass as possible under my still newbie condition.

Castlevania IV - ¡Baila, Simón! (reggaeton parody remix)
Now for something completely different... the first (and most likely last) time I ruin a song in a "reggaeton" style. You know, these repetitive beats we are used to hear almost everywhere in "modern" music nowadays. Don't ask me why, but it happened someday that I woke up with inspiration to ruin this classic Castlevania tune in this style. It was really quick to do, as this style is far easier to produce than I'd ever imagine. No wonder 95% of mainstream music does like that: with minimum talent and effort you make something the masses will enjoy and dance shamelessly...

Mazinger Z - Opening [SNES version] (Parody)
Now for something different but not too far away from the usual, I ruined the opening song of a very old anime: Mazinger Z. The music version is the one from the SNES game. It has that 16-bit vibe while faithful to the original, 70s anime style version. But, oh wait... the vocals, what happened there? A video version of the song was also published in my Youtube pseudochannel and you can watch it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DaegDX8fw2U Enjoy it ... or suffer it!

Golden Sun - Boss Battle (Parody)
Everybody knows Nintendo's popular franchises like Mario, Pokémon, Zelda and lots more. However, in the early 2000s Nintendo also started what could become a potential rival for Final Fantasy: a new RPG with a story and characters full of life, an amazing soundtrack composed by the mighty Motoi Sakuraba who worked in the Tales of, Mario Tennis and so many other masterpieces. Too bad neither the game or the soundtrack adquired the praise it deserves, and too bad Isaac is not in Smash yet! But for all those who played it, Golden Sun holds a special place in our h...

Pokémon - What a horrible town to have a curse! (Lavender Town parody)
We already released a rushed remix of Pokémon's Lavender Town past year for Halloween. It was basically a stolen .mid file with all instruments replaced by a foolish voice sample, with almost no edition or anything. Now, however, a more fleshed out version is out! And not just all vocals are now real, but also I started this one from scratch, doing all the arranging proccess myself despite my poor music skills. The result is as crappy as creepy, but it ended sounding better than at first I'd think it would. I have not the talent but I have t...

Tales of Phantasia - Take Up The Cross (Parody)
Tales of Phantasia was ahead of its time even at late livespam of the SNES. Pretty grahics, pretty story, pretty music... everything so pretty on this game! Unknown Pseudoartist (aka UP) ruined the popular "Fighting of the Spirit" track many years ago and now we go with the normal battles theme, weirdly titled as "Take up the cross". So, take up this crappy remix and share with your friends! (or with your enemies, so you may harm their ears!)

Final Fantasy III - ChocoBoss Battle (Parody)
Ready for a new Final Fantasy remix by the infamous Unknown Pseudoartist? This time we'll bring you the Boss Battle (aka Battle 2) from FF3, mixed with the popular Chocobo theme at some point. With extra of slapbass and drums stolen from FF5. It's worth adding this remix participated in the Final Fantasy III month for the Dwelling of Duels competition. Even funnier: it was included as a "main entry" despite it obviously sounding like crappy parody. Of course, my intention was not to sabbotage the competition but just to bring some fun and laughts with the people there, as the...

Super Soccer - Intro (Parody)
I'm not fan of sport games but Super Soccer is special. Unlike modern sport games, this one had good music, both in menu and in game. No mainstream licensed music we all are tired to listen of everywhere, but rocking good tunes, full of sampled guitars and memorable melodies. Dragon Ball Z - Cha-la head cha-la (Parody)
New -crappy as usual- remix by Unknown Pseudoartist! My inspiration is over 9000 these days, if I keep destroying more great music we'll have enough to fill a new album soon! This time we took a different route, so instead of VGM we have anime. The classic Dragon Ball Z opening theme is so cool, why not ruining it? Enjoy it (or suffer it) and see you in next remix!
