Dearborn Blogالهوية العربية الحلقة الحادية عشر: الهوية العربية وعلاقتها بالقومية مع الأستاذ محمد العزيرSUBSCRIBEDالهوية العربية الحلقة الحادية عشر: الهوية العربية وعلاقتها بالقومية مع الأستاذ محمد العزير إعداد وتقديم السيد وسام شرف الدين محمد العزير إعلامي وكاتب أميركي من أصل لبناني. بدأ مسيرته المهنية في صحيفة "السفير" اللبنانية في عام 1980. هاجر إلى الولايات المتحدة في عام 1985 ليتولى إدارة تحرير القسم العربي في صحيفة "صدى الوطن" في ولاية ميشيغن، وكان عضوًا مؤسسًا في وكالة "نيو أميركا ميديا" التي تُعنى بالإعلام الثنائي اللغة في عام 1997، ومحررًا فيها حتى عام 2017. حاصل على شهادة الماجستير من جامعة سان فرانسيسكو في كاليفورنيا، وأكمل برنامج الدكتوراه في العلوم السياسية في جامعة وين ستيت بديترويت في ميشيغن. درّس اللغة العربية في جامعة ميشيغن. وصدرت له رواية "تغريبة وطن"، ومجموعة قصصية بعنوان "الأربعة الحلال وقصص أخرى". صدر له مؤخراً كتاب حياة الديمقراطية وموتها، وهو ترجمة لكتاب جون كين بالإنكليزية The Life and Death of Democracy2021-10-261h 34
