Ruth is the founder of the Canvas Cafe just off Brick Lane in East London which is a basecamp for change through their amazing Vegan Cafe and Event Space.
During Lockdown Canvas cooked over 15,000 meals for vulnerable residents, the homeless and children at risk of hunger. This was all done in partnership with two advertising agencies and two world famous artists who are all neighbours. Ruth’s story of hopefulness is also inspirational and important.
