本期嘉宾的身份比较特殊，她是一名声音疗愈师加五元素工作室的主理人，Yanyi用音乐和舞蹈去帮助别人疗愈。
本期节目比较长，当天我们聊了很多，后期花了好长好长时间去剪辑，最终把节目剪到了一个小时。虽然节目很长，但是剩下的东西我都舍不得再减掉。我们聊了很多关于人生以及世界的感悟，并且讨论了一些疗愈心灵的东西。
有一些脱离打工度假的主题，但是我认为去打工度假的朋友们很多人可能都处在人生的迷茫阶段，我们不期望在这里为大家指引出方向，只希望我们的讨论可以给大家带来一点点启发或者思考，在以后你们的人生中能够带来一点点帮助就好。
