YOU DO YOU#15 Setting Goals / 目標設定今回のテーマは「目標設定」。皆さんは、仕事・学業・趣味・人生のおける「計画」「ゴール」などは事細かに設定するタイプですか？Hannahは、仕事や人生の計画はきっちりと企てて、趣味に関しては目標設定はしないタイプ。Yunaは、その逆で、仕事や人生に関しては大まかなことだけ決めて細かい計画は一切せず、ランニングや筋トレに関しては事細かに計画するタイプ。二人とも経営者ですが、仕事の環境や内容の違いからも、目標設定に関する考え方が正反対！どちらが正解ということはなく、いずれにせよ自分自身に合っていて、ハッピーになれる方法がベスト！ Do you like setting goals? If so, is it for work, life, or hobbies?? Hannah is super organized with planning goals for work by using SMART goals and cute stationaries, but prefers not to set goals for hobbies. On the contrary, Yuna recently decided not to plan goals for life and work especially since scheduling something in Sri Lanka is nearly impossible. However she loves planning specific goals for her hobbies such as running. They are both running their own business, but they have opposite ways of managing which is pretty interesting.
