Currently he is the owner of Charlottesville Neurology and Sleep Medicine clinic and CNSM Consulting. He recently stepped down as the Medical Director of the Martha Jefferson Hospital Sleep Medicine Center, a sleep center he established in 2004. Dr. Winter is an Echols Scholar graduate of the University of Virginia and received his medical degree from Emory University. He completed his neurology residency at the University of Virginia.
