Scott has lived in Toronto, Scarborough, Markham and now Bowmanville. Scott received his Bachelor (Honours) of Arts Degree from York University in 1990. Scott has worked as a Senior Policy Advisor in the Ministry for Seniors and Accessibility and Treasury Board Secretariat and as a Policy Advisor within the Ministry of Municipal Affairs & Housing and the Ministry of Education for the Government of Ontario for the past years.
